9 Very poor service. During my drive test 2 Test instructors came both were ladies and they were very rude. I started with a lot of confidence I gave several head checks making sure all things goes good but suddenly one instructor talked with me very rudely that why you are looking here and there road is on front etc. Many events occur as I was waiting on the give way I was making sure about distance and road observations the lady again shouted at me she was making me very confused she was talking and hitting me with negative remarks that my driving test went wrong. She even didn't gave me my pink receipt in which she marked me.she was so arrogant. I failed the test just because of here. She was quite old and is sitting on the very front of the corner upon entering the VIC road. Worst experience.
My test just took 5 minutes and result was failed. It seems like she was in a lot of hurry she didn't observed me correctly.
Very unprofessional behavior and lack of ethics found in both of instructors.
Couldn't help me, but customer service was very friendly and tried very hard to solve my problems.
Nola from swanhill branch needs to learn customer service very rude and disrespectful person I think she needs a attitude adjustment and learn how to speak to customers with respect very rude person
Useless service, they can’t understand English and made me book a inspection fee to transfer rego from another state, but the site said the opposite thing and I never had trouble doing it before hand.
Trying to book a trailer in for inspection for the last 6 weeks. Cannot get ahold of Vicroads over the phone or use their online portal.
Business is now suffering because of your incompetence.
We visited the office on the 27/12/2019 to ask some questions on how you go about booking in a learners test as we were staying up here for the next week and my son was keen to get his learners as he had been reading up his book. The lady that served us seemed to be trying to explain all the things that she cant do as my son was not with me at the time, it was only me and his older brother their, we only wanted to know what was the process and what does he need to bring in and how much was it going to cost? We gave up and walked out as she kept telling us he needs to have an account set up first etc and couldn't get her to understand that this was just an inquiry at this stage.

Very rude large front desk lady. I had difficulties making a payment (I had to split the payment onto two cards because of my card limits) and she used a very abrupt tone/manner and unapologetically said it was in no way possible and that she had already cancelled my existing rego so it was now illegal to drive my car and I would have to walk back home if I couldnt pay. She appeared to be very happy that I would have to walk home. The manager overheard the situation and was very understanding and quickly fixed the problem (it was very possible to make a payment on 2 cards).
