9Popped in with 17 yr old at approx 2pm to change a car he'd judt purchased into his name. Not a long wait and quickly and professionally helped. All done and dusted in less than 20 mins! Very happy. School holidays so was really impressed with lack of wait time!
I can give 10 Stars for Warnambool office. The old lady who was on first counter on 24 Feb 2024 is amazing. She has good communication skills and she knows her job. I drove from melbourne to get my car registration as melbourne offices were fully booked. Thanks for the superb service.
I did my test with Ricki today and he’s very professional. I am not from the area but if you know basic rules and follow directions properly then you’ll be fine. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you, VicRoads Warrnambool.

I only passed the test because of FEE FROM L TO P. She is there if you are looking for best instructor in southwest region.
Great customer service but a very very bad place to choose for drivers test as in this town there are two roundabouts with 5 ways out (very confusing) then on main road double lanes are too close to traffic lights as you do not get enough time to change lanes, heavy traffic areas, Too much for a driver from different area. Don't choose this office unless you live there and know the town well. No offence if you are regular in this area and know the town. Otherwise, great customer service and staff is very friendly.
So helpful today and so grateful. Really personable and professional (Ricki). I could also see how helpful other staff were while I was there.

Amazing experience. They were flexible in adjusting our test times so I and my wife can get done asap. We went all the way from Melbourne for our computer test as no dates were available at other locations. Really loved the staff. Monica was really kind and gentle. Also there was one graceful lady with grey hair, she was incredibly kind and offered great advise. Thank you for being so nice!
