I drove all the way from Melbourne South Wast (Clayton) to Leongatha VIC roads for my vehicle inspection. I went there 2 minutes before my appointment and they call me on dot. Same time as the appointment scheduled.

The lady was super friendly and seemed like the staff is helping each other and giving their service at its best to the customers. I'm so glad to see a whole team working full of energy to serve the customers.

Hats off guys. Keep up the good work.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially Taryn who fitted us in earlier when we arrived an hour early by accident. Efficient, thorough, friendly and very covid safe!

Most appalling wait time music I have ever heard. 18 mins wait because sent to wrong extension another 18 mins wait and my phone then unresponsive for some reason. Ho Hum. Why do we have to go through a central office to contact Leongatha? PS I have a medically identified sensitivity to sound. The music left me feeling physically ill.

Went to VicRoads Leongatha today to transfer a rego. The staff there were so friendly & helpful to everyone & even though there was a bit of a wait it was no problem as they staff were so wonderful. Such a pleasure to witness such great customer service - we’ll done guys!

They went out of there way to help me get my car registered. You have to book in for an appointment even if you have a rwc to register your car. The appointment fee was $45 to register a car. They squeezed me in otherwise I would have to wait 3 weeks as they are booked out.

I came into this office today to transfer my license and rego from interstate. I was served by Kylie and she was absolutely wonderful. So friendly and easy to talk to. She also helped me with everything so quickly, she was very efficient. I was really impressed with VicRoads at Leongatha, I highly recommend them

Wonderful service! The girls helped me with my overseas license, boat license and rego.
And thanks again to you ladies. You do an amazingly patient job in their! Dutchie then is Victorian now!

I would advise anyone who has a serious matter that needs sorting, to make the extra effort to go to the Dangenong office.
The two ladies working in there were like Prue and Trude off Kath N Kim.
No effort at all was made to help us. Pure laziness.
It actually amazes me how people like that keep their jobs, or even just get on in life.

Came here to have our sons boat license photo, perfectly timed for his birthday. The staff were excellent, friendly and wished him all the best for his birthday, and spoiled him. He was twelve years old.

I rang to make an appointment got left on hold for 40 minutes only to find out they can't book it in before the actual roadworthy certificate runs out so I therefore have to go pay another two hundred at least to get it done again. Even though i imformed them of this fact they daid it's not worth paying someone to come and do the inspection for one person. Not very impressed.
