Although the staff member next to mine was clearly burnt out, abusive, patronising and despite how clearly useless the government is at running a licence centre. The lady I had was perfect and served me promptly with nil issues. God help anyone who works for this horrible organisation though

Handed back my license for 3 months and the lady at the desk told me that my license will be sent back via mail.

False! When the disqualification ends you need to go back to vicroad, they will give you a permit license to drive and send the original one via mail.

People that works there needs to make sure they give the correct informations!

Also, it’s such a BAD system!
Loosing your license means that you don’t have an ID with you! If someone ask you for your ID at post office, clubs or applying for anything else in Australia you’re basically screwed.

Vicroad should do something about it!
For example, send another license that we can still use as an ID and put on top “disqualified”, like they do in QLD!

The parking is truly horrible BUT the customer service was great. There was a sign notifying customers of an hour wait time. I had my 4 month old in the baby carrier and was seriously considering returning another day but thankfully we were able to be seen to quickly which I really, really appreciated

This is the worst experience I ever had in a public service. The staff name Thanh in the reception of Vicroad in Sunshine is a true time waster. I went there with my wife on Friday afternoon to get her a learner permit but this guy kept asking us to have our bank card in the name format he wants even though we got the confirmation from the bank and our visa that our name are correctly display. We went back and forth Vicroad Sunshine 2 twice and couldn't get her license done. We also saw a lot of Vietnamese got refused with the same reason by the same guy. Luckily, me and my wife went to Vicroad in CBD and got the license within just 3 mins. Very sad to see this kind of service in public.

Big, clean and organised hub, good to complete forms about your car and trailer. The only thing is that in business hours parking is very limited in cbd Sunshine

Extremely poor parking facilities and queues a mile long. Bit of a joke considering other businesses are required to make adequate parking provisions for their customers.
Why is it when your car is written off by insurance company you cannot lodge a registration refund via your online account.

Poor Carmen at Sunshine Vic Roads must be new as her failure to do her job properly resulted in me being sent away withoit help to complete paperwork SHE ALREADY had. An absolute joke. A wasted two hours. Zero care. Zero compassion. Production line mentality at its finest.

I was told by someone there is plenty of parking only to find out that it is incredibly hard to actually find a spot in the car park. Then you are forced to find a park along the road somewhere which is usually timed anywhere between 10 minutes and 2 hours.
So I think this is a problem more with Sunshine itself. Improve the parking!

Very impolite staff. I arrived to redeem a temporary licence and was sadly greeted with some disappointing service and a very impatient staff member. When I would ask a question I was rudely cut off and was responded to in a very rude, impatient and disrespectful manner. I then asked to speak to someone else in hopes I could get help from another worker, when I was again rudely cut off and spoken to in an impatient and rude way. Pretty pathetic and disappointing to say the least.

Today we had such a lovely friendly and helpful experience at Vic Roads in Sunshine. We had to transfer our licenses over from South Australia to Victoria. I have never had such lovely service from an SA Service Centre like this. Today I was treated like a human not a number and it made a real difference in my day. Thank you Vic Roads!

Bad customer service.on call with Vodafone service to connect NBN with vodafone modem more than hr however they asked me to visit Carolinesprings store.they run out of stock and advised me to visit water gardens store by the time I arrived its 5: 15pm… I explained what was happened but they rush to leave and MANAGER informed me that systems get logged off automatically after 5: 30pm so they asked me to come back on some other day.they failed to provide any alternative assistance. I just wonder how amazing the technology…. All they systems will logged off automatically after 5: 30pm

Clean and well sanitized hub. If you don’t want to queue come about 10 minutes before it close at 5pm. I went to renew my licence I had to update my photo and Zvez made it easy and quick transaction for me she welcomes with a smile. Because I’m renewing my P licence before it expire 2 weeks before graduating to full licence I will be getting P licence with my updated photo on my mailbox and I have to come back and pay extra if I get P licence Zvez made it possible I get renewed Full licence by delaying delivery! Thank you so much! Outstanding customer service received from her. Renewed licence on July. I highly recommend this place staff are friendly and helpful. ️

The lady handed over wrong ticket and had to wait for more than 45 minutes just to verify identity.

Jag and Catherine helped me with a new registration set up for my vehicle transferred from NSW. They went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. Polite, thorough and considerate all the way. Thanks ladies! You are amazing!
