VicRoads - Bendigo Customer Service Centre

I knew I would have to wait a long time if I arrived too late, so I chose to come during opening hours.
My problem was solved quickly without too much conversation.

Probably the best VicRoads I have experienced in terms of customer service, organisation and wait times. I had Dion register my recently purchased vehicle, we encountered a problem but he and other staff were very helpful and understanding of what was happening. With their help, we solved the issue and I got the car registered. I feel like at another VicRoads I may of been sent away. Thanks again Dion.

Don’t hire the staff who doesn’t have a proper knowledge about the work because you guys are misleading the information about licensing (whole vicroads doesn’t know that how can we get HR license) and its a vic roads not the local grocery store that it can work that way

Any where people are dealing with customers if they can not speak fluent English they really can't be dealing with customers. My self I had to ask the VicRoads worker at the Bendigo location to repeat himself 4 times and still couldn't understand what he was saying only because another VicRoads employee stepped in and repeated what was said for myself could not make out anything he says said this really is unexpectedly due to his ability to not be able to speak clear english. Hope next time for a easier process.

My Licence had expired, did driving test at Vic Roads Bendigo, had an absolutely awesome Licence tester, also the lady at the Customer Service counter, awesome.

I had 2 good ladies that helped me and resolved a question that I had, busy but got through fairly quickly

This vic roads is by far the best I have ever seen the gentleman that helped me was so friendly and every one else was smiling and friendly not like the grumpy ones in Melbourne maybe training should be done in Bendigo thank you again

Excellent service from the lady that served me. She kept saying sorry for taking so long to do my boat rego transfer. But I told her it's fine. I know it gets busy in there.

The address on the main page is incorrect-
the unit number and street number are back to front.

I had test today, my LTO was LARA. She provided super clear instructions while driving test. Overall it was a good experience in Bendigo vicroad.

Very unorganized and rude stuff book our appointment for car inspection come all the way from Melbourne made us wait for 2 hours then send us back only coz they believe we were late 5 minutes for our appointment where we were here standing in the queue for over 10 minutes shame

Very helpful staff, fast service. We were able to get multiple requests attended to very quickly and easily.

Not allowed to seit on 3/4 of the seats standing room only. Got up deviders for protection but we stand? ‍️ right nexted to each other on this side of the counter

Waited over an hour just to pay for my license. Only 2 people serving. What a JOKE!
Should send them a bill for my time. Customer service is so bad, it makes Crapalink look good.

All I can say is how lovely the staff were, especially Veronica, she helped us with 2 vehicle registrations.
We had drove from Boronia for our appt due to a local office being no help at all.

Very friendly staff. Vic Roads are always busy so my appointment was 10 mins late, all good. Michelle looked after me and was very pleasant to talk to.

Wonderful friendly staff who were able to process my application to change interstate licence quickly as they weren’t busy and process, photo etc was quick. I went in around 1pm on Friday and whole process was only around 15-20mins. I’m embarrassed to say I forgot the lady’s name who served me but thank you for warm friendly service!

I went for a car registration the staff was very helpful.
Specially Deon made my process so easy and quick.
