VicRoads - Kyneton Customer Service Centre

I got an appointment to register my car at the Kyneton office within a week as opposed to 4 weeks in Melbs. It was a lovely drive up and I was pretty much the only person there when I walked in. The guy that helped me couldn’t have been nicer and the whole process was so easy. Thank you

By far the worst experience at a Vic roads office courtesy of
Elly at the front counter, Steven is possibly worse considering he didn't say anything as a mature man or senior staff member.
Disgusting, Disgraceful service.
I will never ever go to that office or town again.

Kay is very good examiner. Very calm and composed which helped me remain calm and perform well in my test. I went with Lucky Driving School to take my driving test. The instructors of this driving school are very good. I cleared my test in first attempt

Had my probationary drive test here today and was delighted by the experience! My Testing Officer Guru was incredibly informative, and provided clear directions and instructions throughout the entirety of the test, as well as valuable feedback at the end of it.

Very rude staff don't have communication skills to deal with customers. Don't recommend anyone there. Standing and talking with co-workers not attending customers.

We visited Kyneton first time for our drive test and we can’t be happier with the test and the staff. The VicRoad staff was amazing and they really helped us with whatever they can.
They made us feel so comfortable and relaxed before the test and even after the test the conversation was so polite.
Like the way they had smile on their faces and they were trying their best.

Under no circumstances bring your sons or daughters to this centre for their licence test. Believe the poor comments left by others as we experienced it too. Appalling! Bully instructors who get off on failing kids for the slightest errors. And then hover over them telling them they have the power. Disgusting!

I honestly have no clue what the reviews are on about. I had my drive test today with instructor scot and it was absolutely incredible. I was so nervous and he made me feel so calm, I really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

If you like testing officers who don’t even know simple road rules then this is the place for you! Officers have zero common sense and will fail you for circumstances beyond your control.
So if don’t care about testing standards, give this place a go!

Possibly the rudest employee ever, the middle aged man, Steven, absolutely disgusting. While the young lady absolutely delightful.

To the male driving licence tester 8.30 am 8/12 /21 I really am disgusted with how and the reasoning you failed my daughters test. She is a careful and very good driver infact its hard to fault her but somehow you did. She has had her test cancelled twice during covid and 1 year later i thought she would pass easy. NOPE anyone who has driven with her has said how good she drives. SHAME ON YOU will never refer this place you took her confidence away

The man who served me today was quite useless, was not very helpful at all! All I needed was a photo taken for my ID and he asked me to travel to BENDIGO! Just for my ID photo when I DONT DRIVE! Luckily! I called Bendigo and the gentleman who I spoke to was so helpful and has contacted SUNBURY where I live so I do not have to travel to Bendigo!
