13The worst place ever, they have a disgusting way of making money called appointments, they are so lazy they cant do anything without an appointment. Just charging people $20 for a visit. For just a small thing.
They stuffed up the easiest of jobs: copy the number of hours & minutes driving time from the app to a piece of paper. Now we have to deal with the consequences. Unbelievable! Not impressed!
Would love to commend the service staff at Wodonga VIC Roads, and Dan the driving assessor.
I had my P's test today and was incredibly anxious. Dan was absolutely wonderful, and had such a calming presence. I passed and I'm so thankful!
Had to come all the way from Melbourne. 4 hours driving here we go. I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Nikky was very helpful and fantastic. She helped me get through all the test processes and also provided me with extra information. I wish all Vicroads in Melbourne have this level of customer service.

If you have a drive test and your examiner is a woman named Ros, just leave, she will fail you for anything - even if the reason for failing is not your fault, so don't worry about the actual driving test rules, she decides what makes a fail. I know many people (and myself) who have had multiple drive tests with her and all have failed, she always says "you would have passed, but. " with a mocking smile on her face as she says this, while also mentioning that examiners "don't enjoy failing people" and in my mind why would you say that if you actually don't enjoy it? Sort of sounds like a cop out/cover up.and yet when you finally get a different examiner you pass.should also mention that this woman has been refused by other areas vic roads management to work as an examiner, which I think speaks for itself.
Shame the information I was given by phone wasn’t the same as what lady at Wodonga wanted. 3 hour round trip for nothing, now I have to go back again. Come on vic roads get your information right please
Absolute joke! New to the area and went in not knowing what to do, the lady at the counter expected I knew everything and was not at all helpful. Instead of answering all my questions she referred me to a number to call out of her own convenience. Don't understand why I waited 20 mins in line to be told to call a 13 11 71 number. Now I've been on hold for another 30 mins! Where is the kind customer service we are all so guaranteed?
Will be defiantly asking for another person next time I have to go in.
A lady called Ros was so polite, helpful and went the extra mile to fix my problem without being prompted THANK YOU
Customer service rude with unhelpful attitude. Must have drawn the short straw, other staff seemed nice.
1: I've had a few very different experiences here, and I think it entirely depends on the staff member you get to at the counter. I've had one very rude and impatient lady serve me here when enquiring about registration fees, she was not only unhelpful but was quite rude when I wasn't able to explain my understanding of which fees apply to certain things that I wasn't clear on (asking about different initial registration costs on a motorcycle and what applies).
2: I have also had a couple wonderful people who were not only easy and understanding but also offered help even when it wasn't needed and checked over what was discussed or enquired which was great.
3: My other complaint (and main one) Is the length of waiting, this may not be the staff's fault and more so the time needed to serve customers, however It is a really long wait none the less, I believe my quickest waiting period was 15-20 minutes out of the several times I've been here.
