Viccon Deck and Fence

Called numerous times to talk to a representative only to get a messaging service. Didnt purse their products and investigated another product and used that.
I wasnt interested in leaving my name or a message unfortunately for Viccon. When customers call for product information, their phone call should be answered within 3 rings and greeted by a knowledgeable person whos competent of taking the call. Sorry yes high expectations but this is today's market. Cop it on the chin and take it as constructive diplomatic feedback. Who knows how many other times its happened. At least im acknowledging it to you.

I was looking for help to restore our deck. Vic Deck and Fence had excellent reviews so made an enquiry. Michael was extremely responsive. Quote and booking the job was easy. Result was outstanding. No hesitation in recommending.

These guys were amazing! Very reasonable quote and communication was the best I've seen from any trade! Highly recommended to anyone. Deck went from terrible condition where I didn't think it can be saved to looking like new.

Other Melbourne companies didn’t get back to us. One even asked for photos, said they’d send a quote then when I followed up about the quote they said they didn’t send one as it wasn’t worth repairing. Then Con sent through a quote, was able to repair the deck in a short time frame and it looks amazing. He and his team have added another few years to our deck before it needs replacing which is what we were after. Thank you Con, Vic and the team!

I was disappointed with my deck restoration, My expectations were not met unfortunately. This is in no way a reflection of Con and his professionalism. I just advise that you make yourself aware of the limitations of deck restoration as opposed to fixing screw removal, full thickness sanding etc. There is a cost difference obviously but it’s best to be fully informed of your options and what you are wanting as the result.
