Had been visiting this clinic since 2 years but last week experienced the worst customer service one can imagine. I was trying to tell her what I want to get done but she ignored totally and kept on with the treatment. I had to stop her in between to explain what I actually want to be done.

Only been coming here since the new owner has taken over and honestly I am so happy with the results that I have received in relation to hair loss. I always get treated by the owner herself and let me say, WOW MARCELLE! She is absolutely amazing at what she does and is very passionate in her job and clients.

I am a lucky individual. I'm practically hairless.but after reading some of the reviews I feel a little sad to hear of people's ongoing hair issues ie the forever growing of.the areas of growth. I purchased 6 session of full face laser removal and just after the first session I had amazing results! I've had the 2nd session after 1 month and my hair is kind of disappeared. Treatment is really quick and painless!

They burnt my bikini area and i have now big brown burnt marks all over. When i mentioned the heat during the session i was told that it's quicker however it was painful and i never experienced this in my previous sessions. I cancelled my remaining appointment and they asked me to come in which i couldn't as live far away. They never cared to follow up afterwards even though i had been going there for over an year. Really disappointed!

I am a regular client at this laser clinic and the results I have received have been fantastic! Couldn't be happier! The therapists are extremely welcoming and make you feel very Comfterble! Highly recommend this clinic!

I have been to several laser clinics over the past year or so and this clinic would have to be the best and only clinic I have seen results. I purchased a package at a great & cheap price, have had 4 sessions and am amazed at the results. Staff always have smiles on their faces & are very welcoming and freindly and have looked after me at every visit. Positive vibes every time I come to this clinic! Don't Don't Don't trust this people.
In the beginning they say we remove the hair in 6 session and every year 1 time you have to come, i did 6 session but not even any removes my hair and my hair coming to bigger and thicker.
And when i said to them, they said you have to come another 6 session.
I didn't go because i have to pay another 1600 for nothing, but my husband went to another 6 session for him face and the results was nothing. He did 12 session laser for him face.

Please Don't spend your money for nothing.

Very very disappointed with the customer service I was given. When I went there, I clearly mentioned to them that I am planning for a baby. The lady who did my Laser treatment said to me to get a doctor's letter when I get pregnant. I called them up to inform that I wont be able to continue my package as I am pregnant and my doctor is refusing to give me the letter. The lady on the phone said I should ask scoopon to get me the rest of the money back but when I mentioned that I paid full amount at the clinic. She said, they will give me a call back in a day.they never called me back and when I called them after a week. They refused to give me the rest of the money and also didn't offer me my left over package for later. What a shame, they lost a customer because of bad customer service. Manager was rude and said I got scoopon package so I should not be bothered. Only I asked to keep the left over package in the file so I can get it later. Very disappointed with their customer service.
