I never expected my trip to be this bad as every single hotel bookings are not done without any dramas such as no bookings, bookings for either less or more days.
When it comes to activities for which we have paid and booked six months in advance, were another miserable experience as a part of our tour. Either bookings are made with mistakes or no bookings were made.
No specifications of amount charged for activities and hotels as in case of refund, random amounts were given in case of actual amounts charged.
Our train ride was booked after three months from the scheduled date when we actually meant to travel. It was a horrible experience while organising our train journey to fix the blunder. It gave so much stress to my family and my friends. Finally we got it confirmed at the last minute just before the two minutes of departure.
Overall it was the worst experience of my life when it was meant to be a relaxing and enjoying holidays.
Never ever recommend them to anyone.

We went for a vacation to Europe in Oct-Nov 2022. Entire planning of flights, accommodation, itinerary was managed by Viaa's team - Harsh & Honey. We visiting Amsterdam, Paris and Switzerland for a total for 15 days.

The most appealing part of their planning was,
1) Appropriate choice of accommodation considering we were of 6 of us at different age groups - under 5,30's and 50s.
2) They gave us great tips for food in and around the accommodation as well as sight-seeing spots.
3) Paper-work was absolutely fantastic. We had no hiccups in any of the bookings. Even when there was 1 place where the hotel said they hadn't received the payment in advance, all we had to do was give Harsh 1 single call (even at wee-hours), and he took care of everything.

Absolutely recommend to book with Viaa for any international trips. We plan to visit Australia also soon with bookings with them!

Theses people do not deserve even a single star on rating! Rude behaviour, completely unprofessional and full of excuses in replying questions… Not recommending to anyone…
We booked our New Zealand trip with them. Despite making all the payment in advance (6 months), we did not get all the booking confirmation, detail itinerary and other unsolved issues like naming mistakes in flight booking! We had to follow them up every week for each little thing, and in return we get some sort of excuse most of the time! There was no specification for the price charged! When we couple of activities were cancelled due to weather conditions, we were entitled to get the full refund but because no specific price was given, we got very less in refund as the activity organisers only refund to the travel agents and these people did not pass it on the full refund to us! We had lots of trouble at various locations like for hotel rooms were not booked properly, activities were cancelled or wrongly booked etc.
Overall, it was an horrible experience booking with them. Honestly, I would have organised a lot better in the cost effective manner!
Be careful and think 10 times if you think of booking with them.

Highly unprofessional services by this couple. I would never recommended them to anyone or not even my enemies. I normally don’t like to give negative review but I am forced to give reviews by this kind of service to save other people’s time, money and energy please stay away from them otherwise you will become mad sorting all the issues on your memorable trip. Please please STAY AWAY.

Affordable price then direct airline or any other travel agent. VIAA were 5-10% cheaper then my quotes from elsewhere and service was efficient. Got my quotes, booking made, tickets emailed. I would recommend VIAA to community around for sure

We would never recommend this company.we booked overseas trip through this couple which was very stressful each day either no booking in hotel or acitivitis were cancelled which was never verified by these people after booking. Whole page will filled if we go in details. Just highlights of our problems during holidays.we tried to communicate with the owner were told off in very rude way and was threatened by owner that they will cancel every booking of us while we were on holidays. Very unproffesional, impractical and impolite people we dealt with for six months

The owners has abundance amount of experience in travelling industry including car rentals & hotel accommodation. The detailed itinerary was provided along with help provided in middle of night, which was terrific. Thanks heaps for all your help Harsh & Honey, God Bless You both with more success

I would never ever recommend them even to my enemies for their service. They are so unprofessional in terms of providing service to their clients. Making silly mistakes even to book flights forget about booking for hotels and activities. Unreliable for their commitment for timely service, cheap hotel bookings after being charged for 4 star hotels, overcharged for the activities subscribed from them and even after paying them in advance still missed out on our couple of activities and on the time of getting refund they paid us less then what it shows on website. We nearly missed our ride due to biggest blunder from their side as we found half an hour before that it was booked for 3 months later. Thanks to the customer service officer of the ride company to let us in on time. Rude behaviour in replying answers to our questions for travelling. We have been even threatened from them to even cancel our bookings in the middle of our travel in an overseas country. We wasted our money time and efforts on them. Our biggest mistake to choose and rely upon them as our travel agent. Do not even recommend them in the worst case scenario rather do it on our own and can get better deal and result than them.
