After a delayed flight, we were impressed with how easy it was to be in contact with Clive who guided us to his vehicle! It was lively to be met by a smiley face and cheery manner as he drove us safely to our hotel. What a relief to have someone there for us. They sound really good-in theory. But reality is you get what you pay for. Poor and slow communication. Inflexibility in regards to pick up times from the airport.

Newly postpartum so recently used this service, driver was Clive, for my elderly parents to the airport. Here is a brief message from my dad:

Really happy with taxi shuttle service from Clive. Arranged return transfers from home in South eastern suburbs to Airport for myself and daughter and received excellent communication and updates by text and email from start to finish. Arrived on time, clean vehicles and stress free experience all round. And to top it off a great price for trip meant no need to fight the traffic and use long term parking.
