I am really disappointed with level of customer service I have received from this verve innovation, but that was nothing compared with the frustrations I en counted when I decided to take the website that I legally own to another company.

After paying for all the files relating to my site and then requesting the domain login in details, they supplied me withe wrong user names and password. I have spent the last 3 months leaving messages and emailing them with no response. Please don't use this company, it just causes further headaches and stress.

DISAPPOINTING. Just another SEO company that will take your money and give no results. Dont waste your hard earned money here. When we started with Verve our website was on the bottom of page 2. After 5 months we were still stuck on the bottom of page 2. Sales person will tell you to stick with them because they will get you to page 1 etc. Waste of time and money.

DISSAPOINTED with service that I received, could of done something better myself instead of paying them $990
So many issues with the website such as slow loading, not working properly on mobile phones and the emails you set up do not receive emails.

TOTAL SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY!

Found the whole process with Verve Innovation very slow and painful.

When I first contacted them they were happy to take my $999 and said they could deliver me a website within 1 month, 4 months later and I still have no website.

It seems that they are full of excuses and cannot do what they say they actually will do.

I believe I have been more than patient with them and have decided to cancel the website and move else where as my business is suffering due to covid and I need something online.

When I asked for a refund they said NO, even though on the first emails they sent back it did say money back grantee.

Seems that Verve Innovation just scammed me out of my money.

Seems like all of their positive reviews are fake reviews posted by them as they try to hide their negative reviews.
