Verve Family Doctors

Friendy and efficient reception. I've been using Verve and their previous incarnations for years. Hardly ever kept waiting. My doctor is very thorough and I'm very happy with my treatment. Not that I have to use them but they seem to have many doctors and nurses across a number of disciplines. Good parking area and waiting area is very spacious. They bulk bill me (I'm old).

I visited this practice recently as was greeted with friendly caring receptionts, which i find a must when you are anxious about visiting doctors! I saw Dr Hodgkiss who was just like an old fashion caring GP only a lot younger. He made me feel at ease and was extreamly knowledgeable and actually informed me of things no other doctor has ever mentioned about a "syndrome" i have.
I so happy with this clinic and very happy to recommend it!

We went to Verve to get our pre-holiday vaccinations sorted. The doctor was well informed, kind and helpful and the nurse was friendly and gentle. A surprisingly pleasant experience!

They don't have BCC vaccine for TB as they claimed in the phone and the doctor cannot distinguish Japanese encephalitis (乙脑) and meningitis B (B脑)

Professional practice. Usually get a doctor on the day to have a check up. On the expensive side in terms of fees but the quality is worth paying for!

As always here with my GP Janette Elderton I felt totally seen and heard. She takes the time needed to thoroughly address the issues I’m dealing with, is kind, practical and compassionate and I honestly feel exceptionally lucky to be able to see her. She’s helped my family through some challenging times, supported by great admin staff. Fabulous centre.

Hands down Dr De Silva is the best doctor I have ever seen. We were given a full 30min appointment for the first appointment, which I’ve never had at any GP ever. She listened to my concerns, was incredibly kind and genuine. Cannot recommend her enough. Was absolutely worth the drive.

Booking my phone consultation was so easy and prompt.
The doctor called back right on the appointed time and sent an escript to my phone while we were talking.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for either the receptionist or the doctor and it was totally painless for me - no waiting around! Great service Verve!

Terrific service today after testing positive to Covid. Telehealth organised straight away, script sent to chemist, family member picked up

Pathetic. Unable to see our regular doctor we thought we would try Verve again, this was the second time as a family we have had to immediately find another doctor and pay again to actually recieve the care requested.

Be warned, there is a reason you can always get an appointment at this clininc.

Very unreliable n Unprofessional, they book u in for COVID vaccine n comes up with "out of stock" 5 min prior to scheduled time. Dont hv courtesy to inform u in advance n reschedule is not in their books. Do not recommend to anybody!
