Totally recommend Vertimax for all of your window cleaning needs. John is an absolute star.

Sadly, I don’t think I have ever received such appalling customer service with no attempt at an apology as I have from Vertimax.

Great company of creative geniuses when it comes to cleaning glazing. Highly recommend this team for solving curved vertical glass - very difficult to clean well!

I don’t think I have ever received such appalling customer service with no attempt at an apology as I have from Vertimax. IMHO Vertimax is greedy, discourteous and rude, and they have no concept of timely, polite or reasonable communication with customers.

Plus their technical staff give conflicting advice and information about stacker maintenance and safety. After several weeks of trying to get a quote from Vertimax to service a car stacker, and having to continuously chase them for attendance, communication and said quote, I was given completely conflicting information from their two lead technicians. When the two technicians are totally misaligned, you know something stinks.

Add to this, they don’t respond to calls or emails so you have email and call over and over again, and they have no concept of respecting their customers’ time. When I queried their deplorable lack of comms, the incredibly rude director, Donna Porter, ignored my concerns whilst boasting about her alleged director title and telling me they don’t need my business because they have all the customers they need.

Avoid at all costs. Greedy, rude and SLOOOOOOOOOW! Be warned.

Absolutely overpriced callout fees for induction and fob key programming. Onsite programming for $450 Plus $440 for them to show me how to use it when Im not at work!

Not only do Vertimax Australia have no regard for safety, they also have extremely poor management who hire electricians who probably got their sparky license in 1880 when electricity was first introduced to Australia. Also they only do band-aid fixes and never fix anything properly.

I highly recommend considering a different company to carry out maintenance or to get any equipment fixed.

I am writing this review purely from the perspective of employees. My husband is an employee at Vertimax and was employed to begin early 2018. So at this point has only been in his position for not even 3 weeks. They were naturally agreeable for Paul to take the day of our wedding off - 2 weeks into his job - which seems like it should be a given but never should you expect. We were very grateful, particularly as this job was a blessing for a hardworking man having worked laying bricks for 10 years. Now I come to the point of this review. Paul fell ill with gastro 36 hours ago and requested a day of rest from Vertimax who we were completely understanding. Things took a turn for the worse, landing him in emergency due to severe dehydration and in need of blood tests. This meant Paul needed another day or two off work. I called Donna early in the morning to ensure prompt notification. She was so lovely, sweet and personable. She did not once make it out that he shouldn’t be taking so many days off. She had no doubt that he needed rest to get back to work fresh. You can tell that this company looks after their staff and this has to be one of their most valuable qualities. Without this, there wouldn’t be quality workers. I can see from such a small encounter why you and your company have brought the best out in Paul and he cannot come home with a bigger smile or purpose. Thank you.
