Versa Robes

Truly this was a wonderful experience. I reached out to several companies with no luck until I finally contacted Versa Robes. The next morning I had all the information I wanted. Once I’d confirmed the size, Jenny whipped up a quote within an hour, and adjusted it based on my questions. The day after, Jarrod came over and measured things up - and even before Jarrod had arrived, Jenny had organised for the installation to take place less than 2 weeks later. Today Lucky came and installed them and was done super fast.

I cannot believe how fast and efficient the whole process was, and every single person along the way was an absolute delight. I am incredibly satisfied! Thanks everyone!

A fantastic company to deal with. I sent my initial enquiry less than a month ago and had my walk in robe installed yesterday! Everybody I dealt with was super helpful and kind. They took our budget into account too and the price was very reasonable. Overall we’re extremely happy.

The entire experience with Versa Robes was first class. From the first phone call to the polite nudge to pay the final balance, the Vera Robes team were outstanding. Very happy with the finished result and will definitely use again.

Really disappointing.
Failed to honour quoted pricing, install was 4 weeks late, doors are bowed and don't align well, thread on handles is stripped, damaged existing floors + walls during installation, installer cut themselves and left blood stains on cabinets, quoted primed mdf and installed routed laminate with raw mdf.

The team at Versa Robes were absolutely sensational. We needed a empty walk in robe fitted out. Vanessa came with a smile, measured up and provided a detailed free no obligation quote. The price was half that we were quoted elsewhere so proceeded. The job was completed extremely quickly, professionally and to a high standard. Could not recommend them more highly!

Braden made the entire scoping very easy guiding us through the options and honing in on what was important to us, all interactions were professional and respectful. Today Lucky installed the unit and again very professional and capable.

We don’t say this about every trade or rep, in fact very few but Braden and Lucky are very welcome to come back for any future additions.

This has been a great experience, from our initial calls and visit by a consultant, to planning the installation. On the day, the two men were on time, professional and charming.and managed the third-floor challenge with grit and humour (you rock, Lucky!). We had regular check-ins and updates, and are thrilled with the final result.

The shelving and sliding doors for our wall unit that versa robes installed are perfect! I couldn't be happier. Very friendly team, so easy to work with. Would highly recommend versa robes!

Fantastic company, always turn up on time, great quality product, neat and tidy, extremely professional. This is the second wardrobe they have done for us over the years and will always recommend them.

Desi was great from day one, she was professional and knowledgeable, she assisted with designing my custom wardrobe and provided suggestions, as well as after the initial consultation, still provided great customer care answering all my questions.
Dave the installer was a great professional guy, very respectful of my home, clean and tidy installation taking care and pride in his work leaving a clean finish and structurally perfect, I was impressed. Thank you to the whole team for making this experience smooth.

Quite funny that Versa Robes has stipulations like late payment fee on their invoices when they can't be professional enough to fix a wardrobe on time and call it 'unfortunate' and we the customers can't do much about it but wait patiently till they fix their mistake.

Only if customers had a similar 'late installation fee' like companies do.

We would 1000% recommend Versa Robes! Every part of the process was very easy and professional - from the in home quote, to visiting the showroom, dealing with the lovely ladies in the office to our fantastic installer Andrew - every thing was seamless and we could not be happier with our new wardrobes. Andrew was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our wardrobes were installed perfectly. The design was outstanding and will definitely grow with our children. Don't even bother with them - I made a booking almost seven weeks out for a consultant to attend my property. I get a phone call two weeks out from the pre-booked time saying the consultant won't be available that day because they've booked Leave. Next available date a further six weeks into the future. And yes, there is also a common theme with the posts here: the receptionist there definitely should NOT be in a customer-facing role.very rude and abrupt.

Great service and very professional finish. Getting lots of comments from others about how good these robs look.

Made a booking for a time, arranged the agent to let us in, took time off work and drove 250km to get to the appointment. Made this very clear to the, bordering on rude receptionist. 20 minutes after the time the guy calls to say he will be another 40 or so minutes. Seriously. I tried to call and it just goes to voice mail. The rude receptionist said we give our people an hour window, I clearly explained the situation. I get places are busy at the moment, but seriously they won't always be, especially with this type of service. We wanted wardrobes, a kitchen and a bathroom vanity so it is not that it was a small job. I am sure someone else will appreciate the work. I would not bother with this lot at all. Now an hour later I have still not received a call to apologise.

I was looking forward to going to the Versa Robes showroom (Point Cook) after being impressed by their website. However it was an underwhelming experience. The showroom was a bit shoddy, and the sales lady couldn’t really be bothered. Sadly I left feeling disappointed and won’t be using them for my renovation.

Excellent results from quote to install. We were guided at each step, the person who advised us on the design during her visit was really good at her job, suggested the best design for all walk in robes. The installer has done truly amazing work too. He finished his job on time without any issues. The quality of the finish is commendable and the installer was very accommodative. Overall 5 stars to Versa Robes.

Had a wardrobe installed and the service was really good. The installers put in a lot of effort to make sure all aspects of the install were done perfectly. Super happy with my result.

We received excellent service from Versa Robes. The staff are very professional and take time to explain the process from measuring to installation. We were very impressed with the gentleman? Michael who advised us on design and measured up etc. He was not pushy. Goran the guy who fitted our robes was a true gentleman. He liaised with us each day and was so discreet we didn't d not know he was in the house. Goran was meticulous and obviously loved his job, a smiling face each day.
The robes look great.
I will use this company again.
