Walked in to grab some party supplies, had everything that I needed at a great price, with friendly service. Will definitely head back.

Helium balloons for a milestone birthday were filled unevenly and arranged poorly by the grumpy older gent. Disappointed.

Customer service is appalling. Wanted to buy containers. Were priced different to what scanning. Lady so rude acknowleding 30+ containers were priced wrong and they were now removing wrong price stickers thanks to me but attitude was simply too bad if I didn't like scanned price, Take it or leave it. Well I left it. Extremely disappointed as overall I like the store.

A great shop. Have bits and pieces of everything. Good gift section, great cards, candles, groceries etc.

Purchased $200 worth of balloons for my mums birthday as I couldn’t be there due to Victorian restrictions. Unfortunately not all balloons were delivered - tried to call to rectify but they had already left for the day. No worries, sent an email asking to be refunded for the balloons we didn’t receive - didn’t bother to respond.
Small mistake would not have bothered me but the lack of customer service is disappointing.
Otherwise balloons were nice and delivered on time.

Veronica's Pantry in Diamond Creek was available to help me put a smile on my daughter's face for her 18th B'day with a beautiful balloon bouquet, they did an amazing job, delivered on time as specified and they lasted for over two weeks! During the first wave for COVID lock down which was over Easter I had ordered all my Easter eggs from them again what a fantastic service, the selection of Easter products was huge! This place has been here for years and still going strong. Lots of party supplies, arty stuff, gifts and homewares. All reasonably priced with friendly staff.

We all love this shop. Plenty of bargains. Great place to get art supplies, party supplies and general bric-a-brac. Girls makeup and accessories. Last minute gift ideas can also be found. Has always been one of our favourite go to stores. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Happy to assist with questions about available stock.

Interesting discount variety store with a wide assortment of products including USA imported chocolate and soft drinks. They have a large party supply section if you need cheap decorations and party themed plates/cups/balloons.

Great place to get cheap confectionery and odds and bits. They have costumes and toys for yearly events like Easter, Halloween and Christmas and lots of other little things we might need.

Amazing job done by the team. Was able to accomodate my last minute delivery on a Sunday. Efficient delivery to the venue and also helped me to arrange all the pieces together when I wasn't there at the venue. Definitely the team to trust with excellent eye on styling. Don't hesitate to use Veronica's Pantry for your party balloons. They weren't only the cheapest I found but very personal service from Robbie and a very cheap delivery to the venue. The colours suggested by Robbie were a hit and brightened up the night. Well done.
