Vermont South Shopping Centre reviews
63Can find Italian Deli, Chinese grocery, Aldi, Coles, Pharmacy, fashion, flower shop, convenience store for art n craft balloon, party supplies. A small shopping centre which have a bit of everything in it
Shopping groceries that you really need. There's Asian, Brumby, local bakery, Aldi just near it, Maccas, uchiwa (best traditonal Japanese restaurant) and Indian fast food and pizza. Love it here.
Asphalt surface of the parking area especially at the ALDI side is terrible!
Traffic arrows on the surface are NOT clearly visible, therefore many people drive in the wrong direction (also being careless), this may easily cause accidents when parking or moving out. Shopping Centre Management must act ASAP to improve the conditions.
Very tired looking needs more than Aldi and Coles a new butcher and fruitier wouldn't go a stray
Good local shopping centre for doing groceries. Nice to have a small shopping centre that is easy to park. Has all you need - Aldi, Coles, Bakers Delight, butcher, fruit and veg plus pharmacy and a few other stores and cafes.
Decent little shopping centre. Nice deli, butcher, poultry, fish stores, chemist, Asian grocery, pet store, couple of bakeries and more. It's pretty good really. Plus an aldi and coles
At last the place is getting makeover.
The toilets are still the s same as they were 25 years ago.
I went to go to Vermont special school and we had a program very week that we and the a teacher will go to Coles and learn to buy
Stuff for are parents just shopping center there.
Loved our little local shopping centre.you will be surprised at how rich a selection of eating places there are.
Average centre. Nothing of excitement.
But Aldi and Coles have big varieties.
Aldi has just completed a major revamp to it's store making it far superior to most Coles and Woolworth sites.
If you want value for money Aldi is great.
I prefer Coles as it's a bit more expensive but the fresh vegetables and fruit are excellent and better than most stores for freshness.
Parking is not great, toilet facilities are very old and dirty, Aldi is very small. Okay if you need the basics. Coles good though and nice shops inside. Hope they could upgrade parking.
I would like to send a shout-out to Weiwing (checkout guy) for his great smile and cheerie disposition today. A great and uplifting addition to my shopping experience this arvo!
Awful experience at the post office.dont answer phone. Hours different to what is published. Rude staff when in store.
Home of the Forest Hill eagles and Blackburn Baseball clubs
Great people, great clubs, great sport
Love this place. It’s big and has everything you would need. Coles Bakers Delight the chicken shop as well as the lotto.
I have been shopping here for over 40 years and I don't think it has any sort of revamp of any kind during this time. The toilets are disgusting; doors are dirty, etc need a good upgrade, are ancient and they SMELL. I avoid using them. It is great for older people especially, with Coles and Aldi so close each other, good for parking, a friendly cafe near Aldi and a nice vibe. The shop keepers are all friendly and helpful. If only Management would shake the moths out of their pockets and spend some money to make it more enjoyable for its customers.
Not bad for a local shopping centre. Everything you need on a day to day basis. A nice little gift shop too, that's carries some nice, quirky items. Fruit and veg is good and so is the butcher. He'll even cook your roast for you. Big Coles. The only killer is the car park, but once you're in - all good.
A very much run down shopping centre with just a few basic shops. Recently, saw some work going on outside. Hope there is some renovations.
Visited 'Handy Jewelley' in Vermont South Shopping Centre. Looked after by Robert (who I think was the owner). Old fashion values and value for money here. Very impressed and will go again.
This is a great local shopping centre. It has everything you need on a day to day basis and good variety of fast food.
The best delicatessen I've found in the Eastern suburbs is also located in this small shopping centre.
It's also very easy to park as there is plenty of parking for the centre and it's a great place to go to avoid all the large crowds or if you just want to drop in and grab something quickly.
