5The coach's racism reached its peak this morning. He refused to listen, even though I had a valid online booking. @Tennis Australia should conduct an investigation, and I will be filing a formal complaint with them as well.
The worst experience we've had so far was when we booked a court online, but upon reaching the venue, the coach informed us that there was a junior tournament and no courts were available, despite booking court 1. He also mentioned that courts 1 and 2 were reserved for coaching. The coach was rude and unwilling to listen, suggesting we speak to the President Damian if we had any complaints. It's essential for them to respect everyone's time and money, even for non-members with online bookings.
