Very caring nurses who made my stay getting my 4 wisdom teeth taken out relaxing and an easy process, felt very at ease and taken care of

Really lovely nurses and team. I’m usually terrified of hospital visits, but they truely made it a walk in the park.

Had surgery here on 6/6 again, however this was an overnight stay. Couldn’t recommend this hospital enough, amazing service, food was actually good & staff were great. Special mention to the two nurses on night shift, Cecile (May have name wrong) was so good, such a good bedside manner and gave me a good laugh while making sure I was as comfortable as possible.
Hopefully will be back soon for another round, every staff member I interacted with were 100%z

Had a day procedure here today and what a wonderful hospital with lovely, caring staff. Cannot thank them enough! A very positive experience.

My 10 yr old, Evie, had a procedure at Vermont Private last week (9/3).
We were warmly greeted by the girls at reception on arrival.
All the staff went out of their way to make sure my daughter was comfortable.
Special mention to nurse Sue, who held Evie’s hand in theatre- said it helped a lot.
I will also say a heartfelt thank you to all the staff that were on last Thursday. From the moment we walked in, admission, recovery (she loved her ice cream!), to leaving, everyone was amazing. They all made Evie’s first experience in hospital a positive one.

The team at Vermont Private Hospital are incredible! My recovery was great and I was truly looked after and cared for. Shout out to Jo and Jess for dealing with me!

I had my second cataract surgery on the 20.10.2022 and once again it was a positive experience. Thanks to all the staff and of course Jacqui and Grace - I was a much more relaxed patient this time. And the egg and lettuce sandwich and coffee was once again great. Keep up the good work everyone.

I had cataract surgery at this hospital last week and can only speak highly of the whole experience. Although I had been told it would be a breeze, I was pretty stressed out. Everybody from the receptionist to the nurses in recovery were wonderful. The procedure went very well (thanks to my talented surgeon and and anaesthetist). My second eye is scheduled for October and I'm sure I'll be much more relaxed. PS: The egg and lettuce sandwiches and coffee in recovery were great.

I had the most amazing experience I was just there for a day stay and I had a nurse called Lilly she was such a sweet heart. Very caring she even called me the next day to see if I was doing ok.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at Vermont Private and what could've been a painful, terrible experience was so easy and comfortable thanks to the care I received here. I was checked up on very frequently and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable. I'm very happy with this place!

Had an amazing experience having surgery at this hospital. All staff were an utter delight to deal with, from the women on reception to the nurses. Everyone was so kind to me.

I don't like needles, and find having an IV put in to be very unpleasant, and the nurses were so sweet to me - holding my hand and distracting me. This was such a comfort to me and made it so much easier.

I really can't speak more highly of this hospital and everyone working there! Thank you so much for your excellent service and wonderful treatment of me.

We had the most amazing experience at Vermont Private Hospital! My son had his wisdom teeth out and the care he received was first rate! From our greeting at Reception, right through to the staff in Recovery, I just can’t fault them! Efficient, warm, friendly and caring staff, and beautiful, modern, clean facilities! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vermont Private!

Today (11/11/2021) I had an appointment for an X-ray at 4.00 pm for my son. I was on my way from Ringwood, after school pickup at 3.30pm, I felt I was gonna be few minutes late. So I spoke to the receptionist to tell that I was gonna be late 2 -3 minutes (according to my navigator I should be there by 4.02pm)

The receptionist was absolutely rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. She said if I come by 4.02 my son can do his X-ray or if I come any minute after that I have to come another day. The way she spoke is very disgraceful. Then I Call to the another place very close to this hospital and went straight to get my son's Xray. Very polite service I experienced at that place.

Not recommended for any one this place.

Firstly very happy with the doctors who help my son with the surgery. But nurse Anita and the the receptionist at the desk were very rude and unprofessional.
They seemed to be annoyed by a simple question, if I could see my son after the surgery.
This is our first time at this hospital and I don't want to return again.
I could have better service at public hospital. Very disappointed!

Like to Thank Dr krati Garg my Denture surgeon for taking care of me and doing a great job in my mouth. My husband had a total knee replacement done here two weeks ago and his whole experience was excellent.
From the pre-op call to the post op-call all staff were friendly, knowledgeable and obviously highly trained in their individual roles.
Well done VPH, if ever we should have the need we will be back.

Had my wisdom teeth out (first surgery too). Both the receptionist staff and nurses were really friendly and supportive.
Place is really nice and clean- I would highly recommend this place.
