Great service, Doctors and staff are friendly and helpful.
They seem to care about the patients and their problems. They listen and discuss symptoms with patients and don't rush you out the door.

I have been going here for a number of years now - very professional, competent & friendly team. Highly recommended!

We struggled to get a GP to see us (as my 1 year old was having a high fever for a few days). We were recommended Vermont Health Care by a friend and was told that it had a 'respiratory clinic' which meant we could finally get seen by a doctor! Dr Emily was so wonderful with our daughter she knew within minutes why our daughter was so unwell. Dr Emily was thorough, patient and caring and are happy to recommend Vermont Health Care.

The worst.medication needed, appointment cancelled. They just don't care. Patients are the last thing of importance here.

Very unprofessional. My appt time was at 4.30 pm. After waiting for 40 mins I asked the receptionist I am still waiting. It should be quicker in covid time instead of waiting with others near reception. She stated she forgot to tell the doctor and strange the Doctor is also waiting 40 mins for patient to come in! Absolutely no sorry or anything!

If you going to visit Melbourne pathalgy here, make sure you have minimum 2 hrs. They are very very slow.

Have to be very careful to pick your doctor. Have been to TWO very inefficient doctors. One wrote WRONG MEDICAL REPORT, and wrote WRONG clinical notes! Appalling, really. If you cannot get your regular GP, be very cautious!

Lovey team of people at Vermont Health Care. The location is very easy to access and looks great after the renovation. Although you did not give my lovely Dr Cecilia Johnson a window. She has gone the extra mile for me more times than I can remember, hope you are back soon. Dr Jerry Hsu has been great on telehealth these last few months. Thanks very much everyone

Dr Terence Heng, the best doctor to see if you have an injury, back pain, or any musculoskeletal issue. He has a chiropractic background and was able to bulk bill me for a new referral to a surgeon.

On the front page, you have spelt centre as 'CENTER" where we live in Australia, NOT America. Plse correct this, & take pride in being Australian.

INCOMPETENT reception staff. I called 6 times for my son's test results to be given to me over the phone by the doctor as he promised but the reception failed to communicate. Then i rang again for the results to be sent to another clinic and the reception failed to do that also and lied they sent it. In this profession they should be more vigilant and care for their patients. Absolute GARBAGE. Dont go.

My family and I have been coming to Vermont Health Care since 2014 and have always been very happy with the care we received over the years, the receptionist are always friendly and the doctors are very good, we recommend Vermont Health Care highly.

Fairly new facility's. Comfortable waiting chairs. Toys to keep the little ones busy. Friendly helpful staff. There is also a pathologist at the surgery which makes getting some bloodwork done very easy.

The positives would definitely be that the doctor's are generally really good and helpful - some will even spend more time with you than the standard time-frame if they see you need it. The negatives are that the service the doctors provide is often ruined by the rude admin staff. Many of them are really gruff and pushy, don't listen to you, no empathy, and they never take ownership for their mistakes - really ruins the otherwise great service,

Was left waiting for over an hour even though booked online, watched people come in, 45 mins after me and get into see the doctor before me.guess I should have changed out of my tradie clothes. Was even told apon arrival that they dont bulk bill, shouldnt judge a book by its cover guys, as I own a multi million dollar bridge construction company and cant stay off the tools.talking about tools.

This is one of the best medical surgeries I have been to. After my GP of 40 years retired we had trouble finding a good family doctor for my husband and 2 young children, but Dr Heng, along with all of his staff are fabulous. The online booking system is great and unless it's an unusually busy day, there are generally enough GPs working that we can always get an appointment. They have also squeezed my very sick 4 year old in on 2 occasions when they have been technically booked out at the end of the day. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough.

Went seen dr wyan last week don't waste your time very rude man dosnt know much and a very bad bed side manner, same for most of the Drs here also seen, Tara she was very rude, had really bad attitude To myself, didn't want to help wasn't caring at all, and was very bad in her information will never go back here stay away from rude Drs here

Disappointing counselling sessions. Did not follow up after my last session, when she knew I was in a bad place. Was more interested in doing her exercises than listening to where I was ay and blamed me for not being able to do them due to my "anxiety".
I felt I wasn't listened to and stopped after about 8 sessions feeling worse than when I started.
