Venus Bay Community Centre reviews
12Welcoming warm and very friendly! Excellent pickings in the recycle area and lots of fun activities. I'm in!
I feel like I shouldn't give a high review because the place is a hidden treasure. I could imagine building a good old fashioned holiday house and coming to this place for the basics to get going. So many good things. Good people working there. We will be back. Maybe after buying a block.
Love dropping in at the Op shop whenever we stay over at Venus Bay. This is one of the highlights of my visit. Love the friendly people and always pick up a good bargain. Well managed and a nice way to relax. Gloria

So many good things. Good people working there who were up for a chat and proud of the area. We will be back. Maybe after buying a block.
Op shop with almost everything, even electrical and electronic. Very helpful and welcoming volunteer staff.
A lovely surprise here. A place where you just never know what you might find! Lovely helpfull staff and very reasonable prices!
Thanks to Alison for being so friendly and welcoming. I recently visited Venus Bay and went to the yoga classes at the community centre. The instructor Tracey was well experienced and catered for everyone's abilities. I loved it. Thanks for the tip about the samosas at thrmarket too. Yum.
For a Community Centre, it looks a hell of a lot like an op shop. Not sure where or how the community use this place for gathering, functions, etc.but it could sure do with a clean up. Praise Be.
Amazing little place. Had a lovely fun day of activities for the kids and the op shop is fantastic for a great bargain.
I always pick up bargains here.the staff are lovely and friendly.they have a variety of goodies.always manage to find something for a Fab Prize.
There's much more.they really support the locals.keep it up.
Very much a Community Hall evidence of a much used Community Hall with all the different equipment that must be used by many individual groups only it could be a health fire hazard.
