I was put into this company from AGAT like others. Every time I try calling this company I rarely get through. They updated their answering system so you can't leave a voicemail which they wouldn't return your call but with this new system most option say error and hang up. The only way I can get anything done with Venture Egg is to go through AGAT (which have been good from the get go). Communication is bad and they are not organised. Just think, your finances with your future is being handled by this unprofessional mob. The only good thing I got out of this company is they put me onto a decent broker. They had given me advice on insurances (death and permanent disability) they said it will take upto 2 months, well it's been over 2 months. I wish I never changed super as they put me onto Macquarie bank which in over 4 months my money has gone backwards.

Travis and Nick talked me through my options to get the best from my super. Very friendly service and made it easy to understand.

It can sometimes be a difficult task to discern those characters who really understand superannuation as opposed to companies that draw you in with fancy figures and presentations through clever marketing. What sold me on Venture Egg Financial services was their own passion and knowledge for their product. There was no fuss, no fancy office and no PA. They were able to interpret the complexity of financial gobbledygook in laymen’s terms. You know… the 30 odd pages of policy and procedural conditions that we are expected to thoroughly understand? Tyrone and Tom from Venture Egg FS have demonstrated an excellent command of finance, maximising growth through super and without the hard yards for the client because they summarise the info sequentially and coherently. The best part about these guys is their passion, exuberance and vast knowledge of finance because they are so into it, that it even got me slightly excited about superannuation…. Something I thought I’d never be!

The lads at Venture Egg were really efficient in getting my financial inquiries handled, and answering all of my seemingly stupid questions - albeit in the end I learnt many people have the same questions - and they went above what I expected from them in terms of the service.
If you're a bit ignorant when it comes to tax returns or anything finance related, I can't recommend Rhys and the guys down there enough - so thanks again!
