3 Very disappointed! I lost my work bag yesterday on the 693 bus towards Croydon and none of the Ventura staff helped me track it down.told me to call a number they all new would be closed because it’s the way weekend, which is ridiculous because if you lose something over the weekend you can prettying much bet it’s gone.
And I go to call them today and i hear over the phone the opening hours aren’t till 8am-9pm Monday-Friday. And here’s it says 9am.
Please get your stuff together together is a joke a joke.
Great drivers. Very patient with passengers needing assistance. If you are planning on meeting a train, watch out for the casual pick up on the 672. Bus pulls in as train departs.
The bus service itself is ok. The operators on the other hand need training in dealing with customers, and being more customer friendly will improve but travel.
