Ryan and his team are absolutely amazing to deal with. First class bike set up and anything to do with repair and maintenance, they are spot on. Bonus is that their pricing is also the best.

The lady at the cafe was so rude and arrogant. So rough her words and gestures were, having inhuman nature. I don’t know whether she was upset at something else but was horrible with her behaviour.

The team did a great job on the major service. The bike came back looking and feeling like new. Customer service here is fantastic.

I’m very impressed with Velo Therapy; my daily ride feels like new after an annual service and they’ve helped me with an emergency repair since then. The staff are friendly. I highly recommend this shop.

Friendly and passionate service. Took an old bike in to get serviced and they cleaned it up so nice. Then when I got a puncture they changed the tube for free and helped me out together a tube change kit.

This has been my second experience with Velo Therapy for servicing my bikes and both times with Ryan and Brooke have been exceptional. Very reasonable pricing, knowledgeable staff, friendly and informative. I'm pleased to support small businesses and Velo Therapy is a GREAT small business.

I am a very casual rider. The team sorted me out, talked me through what I needed for a service and had the bike running as sweet as ever for an event.

Cannot recommend the Velo Therapy team highly enough. Carried out an emergency repair at very short notice and the whole job carried out professionally with a nice sense of humour thrown in. Very knowledgeable staff and Brooke is a top shelf mechanic - can't fault him. Added bonus is the great coffee from the in-store cafe.definitely worth a visit for all your bike needs.

Fantastic bike shop! I got here after 6 months on a bike tour with my bike just about in shambles. Headset cracked, chain rings shot, cassette borked, chain derailed. It needed work. They fixed it up and kept me in the loop at every step. Also got to enjoy some coffee and a croissant. Perfect!

Great new Bicycle shop and cafe on the Mornington Peninsula. Ryan gave me some really helpful advice. Cafe do really good coffee. I would have no hesitation in recommending Velo Therapy to my friends. Looking forward to the rides organised by Velo on Saturday mornings. Thanks guys.

Best bike shop on the bayside area! Love the philosophy behind it and how welcoming they are to all.love the community they're building. And if that's not enough.the coffee and the mechinic shop are on point! Defo my end of ride destination from now on!
