I was called by the clinic for a $200 fee for an appointment I never attended. 9 months after the fact. Which apparently I booked inside the minimum cancellation period of 48 hours.
Why, that's precisely the kind of attitude one looks for from mental health practitioners one trusts with one's cares. Well done guys!
