Very helpful staff with true and passion and knowledge of the outdoors and their products. Prices are fair, and range is good.

Recently visited to buy my son a bag for his gap year overseas. Great range in store. Expert honest advice on pros and cons. Bag we chose was same price as on a discounted website! Couldn’t believe our luck. I’ve told all my friends about this store - hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Attentive without being pushy sales people. Really informative about their products. And lovely staff. A gem.

Great gear for snow and hiking. Good advice and help in a spacious shop. Adds to the Mecca of outdoor shops oposite Moorabbin Town Hall. Why go anywher else or shop on-line. Get fitted properly and take home now.

As always, Simon and the crew at Vast were helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
We were investigating a few items today to try and consolidate our hiking/camera setup. We have taken a few suggestions on board. Will do a bit more research and glad to hear that we can get some more speciality items ordered in if they aren't in the store.
But really. We were just happy to be able to walk around and see what was current and about. Getting ideas for upcoming hikes and trying to figure out what else we need in our kit.

Great to stop by and feel welcomed and have experience and knowledge on hand.
