I recently had the pleasure of visiting this hair salon, and I must say, their level of professionalism and customer service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.

The staff at this salon not only have exceptional skills when it comes to hair styling but also have an amazing ability to engage in meaningful conversations with their customers. They took the time to listen to my preferences and discussed various options that would best suit my face shape and style preferences.

What impressed me the most was their patience and attention to detail. They didn't rush through the process but instead meticulously crafted a hairstyle that perfectly complemented my features. It was evident that they genuinely cared about providing the best possible outcome.

Van and Elaine were lovely to me, providing the comfortable time during the procedure.

I couldn’t be more happy with my hair tone, and next time, I would love to achieve lighter tone if possible.

With the hair cut, it was my fault for not specifying what I wanted.
I desired to have face framing layers, however as I mentioned ‘I wanted layer cut’, a lot of my surface hair had been trimmed, which made my hair to spread, creating the undesired volume on the top.
It has made it a little hard to style at first, however on the other hand, when I style my hair as half-up, the volume on the hair underneath is lighter, which gave the better movement to the hair.

As again, this was my fault for not expressing it right and the techniques Van and Elaine executes are at high standard.

I would 100% recommending Van’s Studio.

They provided me the best salon experience ever in Melbourne. I cannot believe even through I dyed my hair black, they still help me to achieve the light color I want. Also both owners are so nice. There is no such thing like they know I am from mainland China so they are being mean to me. They are really nice people.

Highly recommend! Van and his team are super experienced with great service. I colored my hair using box color (bought from Chemist) one year ago. It became more difficult for them to get the right color. But Van and his team spent extra time and more stuff without charge me extra fee.
