There would not be one young girl who wouldn't be mesmerised by the magic of your products, and the very kind and thoughtful way you treat your customers is a wonderful bonus. Even the fact that we were allowed to view the products in the warehouse to make sure everything was intact was brilliant, and then a seamless dispatch with capable and experienced warehouse staff made it a no-stress event to pack our vehicle with the goods. Your products are truly excellent, and whilst they may seem pricey at first glance, they are actually great value-for-money because of the high quality of the build and finish, and the ease of assembly confirms this. The absolute BEST and the most beautiful vanity I have ever owned! Super sturdy and made of great quality materials, you can see that this is made to last! Diamond drawer handles give the perfect touch of 'bling' to the unit! Dedicated and super responsive customer service, and an excellent delivery experience! The delivery men unboxed everything in my house, plugged all 14 bulbs into the mirror so I could check condition of items on the spot, then took away all the rubbish as well! Absolutely 100% happy with everything, and absolutely worth every single cent! If you're thinking of purchasing, you will not regret buying with Vanity Chic Mirrors! Thanks again guys!

Great service. Gorgeous showroom. Staff were so helpful and meticulously checked our items before loading into car. We purchased a vanity Hollywood mirror - daughter is so pleased with it.

Website doesn’t show sizes of the drawers and also it doesn’t seem they sell the acrylic inserts for the table. Communication is very slow on their part. Sent a question on the “chat” feature and it took like 3 days to get an answer. Tried again and no answer… tried to call the other day and no answer, went to the store to have a look and no one was interested in talking to me…. Took the risk and placed the order without knowing the dimensions of the drawers as my daughter really wants this. So long story short customer service is a let down.

Great service, first we had screws that were missing & these guys no questions asked express posted them out, we are having a bit of trouble connecting the Bluetooth probably us not doing it right, but this company is sending someone out to our house to take a look ABSOLUTELY AMAZING great work guys. Nothing we buy is ever perfect there always something that goes wrong, but providing a service to help rectify the issue is awesome thank u

It’s very difficult to find variety of products in Australia, Melbourne included but Vanitychic is one of the exceptional places which you can find lovely mirror stuff. It was the third time we bought their goods. Many thanks to Tony and his team for their very friendly manner and support. He explained everything in detail, was very patient and careful to make sure I know enough about product, assembly, etc.
Although we can find all items in their website but I also used the chance to take some photos.

I bought my vanity off this company almost two years ago & it’s stayed beautiful the whole time. I’ve never had to change the light bulbs & they’ve never dulled down. It wasn’t difficult transporting the vanity when I moved homes as the bulbs can unscrew. Their showroom is absolutely stunning. The mirror & Glass hasn’t scratched. It’s been perfect when a group of girls come over to get ready at my house. I’ve used it to study on & the storage for my makeup & uni books is insane. The company was easy to work with too. Oh and the lighting is perfect for taking photos and videos! It’s just like having a ring light in front of you!

Got this 3 Drawers White Mirrored Chest last week. Fit perfectly in walk-in wardrobe.
