Would recommend Karen to anyone and everyone, excellent photographer! Personally I hate having my photo taken but Karen was so patient and understanding, she went well out of her way and time for us and communicated really well with us about all of the costs and packages. She was so great and we felt so comfortable with her that we not only had her photograph our wedding but also quite a few family sessions over the years!

We entrusted Karen with capturing our wedding day and were extremely happy with not only the beautiful photos, but the entire process. Karen knew exactly what needed to be done and was professional and efficient, managing to capture all the essential shots as well as gorgeous natural moments we would have otherwise missed. Can't recommend Vanilla Images highly enough.

We found Karen at the baby expo - and thank god we did, after walking through photographer row and seeing all these naked, naked with flowing materials i was feeling disappointed as that was not what i wanted for my maternity shoot we turned a corner and it was like sunshine through the clouds lol Karen's natural pics were so gorgeous i was sold.
Karen did our maternity shoot and also our newborn shoot and we felt relaxed and comfortable especially with her gentle handling of our then 7 day old. Professional and yet so personable.
For the work she does and the products she offers her prices are very reasonable.
We cant wait for the next shoot with our now 3 year old to add to our stunning collection.

We recently had a maternity and newborn photo with Karen, the newborn session was good and the photos were good. However the details from Maternity shoot were not as good, for example some angles and poses were not curated by the photographer and we felt rushed by the schedule of the photographer at the shoot and after.

Also there is so many hidden fees and in the end, you dont even get the ‘full digital file’ of the photos you even purchased! Unlike other photographers, even after you spent over thousands dollars, you are tricked by the confusing prickng package and dont even get the full image files for the photos. The file you get has limits to download, not even put in USB, only available to print in small size if you purchase a small print unless you pay extra.

It was my mistake not to look up other places for my precious one as I was busy being pregnant for the first time so I highly recommend to do more research for others before you consider this studio, as i can see the other photographers in the area has better package and service for great quality photos with honest pricing policies.
