Very poor service by Amy. Inefficient, rude and extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend if you are using this service for move-out purposes

Prepaid a clean, which was cancelled on us moments beforehand. Business seemed genuinely surprised we wanted a refund instead of for them to just come next week. Refund promised but then not provided and completely ignored thereafter. Will have to get money back via credit card charge back. Seems extremely dishonest.

After buying a new house and receiving the keys, our excitement was quickly depleted by the state the previous owners left the house in. We had removalists coming at 7am the next day, so needed an emergency clean. I called late in the afternoon and Vanguard arrived at 730pm after doing a full day’s work and did a vacate clean, finishing at 1030pm on a Friday night! Can’t thank the team enough for saving the day and leaving the house sparkling.

Routinely late (often by >1 hour) and have cancelled cleans on the day multiple times. Last time they contacted us AFTER their scheduled time to tell us they weren't coming.

We’ve been using Vanguard Cleaners for over 6 months now. They come in every week & leaves the place spotless & and smelling good. They are Reliable, Efficient & provide a highly professional service.

I have used these guys twice booking a "spring clean" after som renovations that covered my entire home in a fine layer of building dust.

Both times were booked on short notice and the teams were very thorough, professional, quick and kind.

They have great attention to detail and don't use highly scented products and the price was very reasonable.

I have used the Vanguard Cleaners for a few years now and have always been delighted by their customer service! If anything is every wrong or I need to change times it never seems to be an issue. Our current cleaners are Carol and Jennifer and they are a lovely duo that get in there and get things done! They are always friendly and obliging and very trustworthy. I would recommend using this service for a frequent clean.

Appalling! I have worked with Mr. Nadun for 2 weeks as a cleaner and he hasn't paid me until today. His solution was to block me. Be very careful with this "company" please. It is unfortunate that there are people like that so take their precautions.

We had our first cleaning job with Vanguard Cleaners last week. We were extremely happy with the job that Kalpana and Pradip did, they were very helpful and courteous. It was just lovely coming home to a fresh clean home. We will asking them to this on a regular basis.

I am very particular when it comes to cleaning and when I had some health issues, i decided to get some help for cleaning. Based on referral from a friend I contacted Vanguard Cleaners and have been very happy with our Weekly Service ever since. Daniella and Connie were quick and efficient and finally i found people who were better than me when it comes to keeping things clean. I highly recommend their Flat Rate Service.
