Van Heusen Uni Hill

Poles apart customer experience on two different days. On the day of my purchase, I experienced wonderful service by a middle aged Asian person who was very courteous. Now this is a classic example of how a bad person can turn an experience southwards. Today I went for an exchange and this young Asian guy was simply terrible. He knew that I was going towards the fitting room as he was standing right in front of these but did not even bother to direct me to a vacant one and kept watching me enter an open try room which was being used by another person. He failed to do the most basic job and show plain respect. The worst part was that he had the audacity to laugh at me in front of my wife and lie to my face. Such people are shame to the customer service industry. Very disappointed with my experience today.

I went in to buy shirts, spent 5 minutes browsing got no assistance. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I needed some casual business attire for a seminar presentation. Walking around the center I'd almost given up on finding something that suited older guys (eg not skinny chinos), when my daughter spotted this store. Awesome range and prices! I will be back.

The weekend staff were excellent

I entered the store and it was pleasantly welcomed in, I was looking to purchase some new shirts and was assisted by Elisabeth, and she was excellent in assisting me and sourcing out my correct size and arm length shirts
I ended up purchasing 5 shirts and I'm extremally happy

If I could give this place a zero I would, customer service helen advised me that suit and jacket were one price and over charged me. Called today and she fired me up by telling me she charged correctly they were seperate and apologised that it was very busy and she has been working 30 hours straight. Consumer affairs here I come for such a pleasant experience dont shop here these stores rip people off.

A week ago, came in looking for short sleeve shirts. Asked one of the sales assistants and he said “We have them, I just don’t know where they are”.

Great customer service! He couldn’t be bothered serving us. Went to MYER Van Heusen and purchased 17 shirts there instead. Double the price but would rather pay more than go to Uni Hill again.

The store manager also has attitude problems.

Helen is amazing. Seriously amazing. And so are most of the staff but usually I deal with Helen. Every time I go there Helen spends the time to find a product that suits me at a very reasonable price. She gives you her honest feedback and is very experienced. The store is a little small but really has everything you need anyway. For formal or casual wear, I wouldn’t really go past VH

Recently had to return a suit jacket and swap it over for a smaller size after I grab the wrong one in the first place. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and it wasn't a drama - will definitely be using this team again when needed in the future.

I recently purchased a suit from this location for a wedding, I was treated very very well from both employees who made my day and were nothing but perfect. Coming from Canada from a small town to this large center these people made me feel very comfortable thanks you two I'm sorry I forget there names.great store.unmatched service and attentiveness! Had tbe best shopping expeience hete. The staff chose thee correct suit size for me and my sons in a blink of an eye. The staff were aware of our needs. The bargains were great too

Affordable business wear with helpful fittings. Would recommend everyone to give the store a look over for discounted goodies:)
