16Called during the day to ask about a bracelet. They told me they had stock and I told them that I would be coming today. Arrived at 6: 45 due to traffic (they close at 7pm). The gentleman at the door asked if we had an appointment and I explained the situation and he rejected us and said they're closed. I drove to Chadstone and got it from there with no problems. City store was very disappointing. If you say you're open til 7 and a customer arrives before 7 then why don't you serve them?
Eugenia was very helpful advisor and was so patient with showing all the pieces and answering my questions! Made my visit a really lovely experience.

Rocked up today at the door and got rejected for not having an appointment? Who rejects a customer who is at the door ready to spend money? I understand that without an appointment I would have to wait a bit longer but even then rejecting?
Went to Cartier right after across the street and even without an appointment they just asked me politely to wait 5-10 minutes.
Don’t think I will be ever purchasing from VCA ever again

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the VCA on Collins Street Melbourne. We were greeted by Jia, who was very welcoming and friendly.
It was apparent to us from the outset that she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Jia was very courteous while discussing various high end jewellery with our family and took time to allow us to try different pieces.
It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience at VCA and we personally would not hesitate to recommend to our friends.

Sissy did an incredible job of making sure our engagement ring and wedding band shopping process was seamless and that we were getting the best value for what we wanted and our budget.
She did this over a period of six months and multiple visits to the store and not once were we made to feel rushed or cornered.
Sissy is knowledgeable and informative, generously sharing what she knew with us without being conceited despite us being quite young and probably not as well-heeled as the rest of her clients. As a result, we felt very welcomed and throughly enjoyed our first foray into this level of high-end jewellery.
We look forward to buying more pieces from her.

Even Jiang & Cecilia Chong were very patient and helpful through the difficult decision making process to pick one out of the several beautiful pieces. Our experience at VCA has been remarkable. Upon entry, not only are you greeted by the entrance staff, you are then exclusively led towards a pleasant smiling sales consultant who would take time to go through the range of jewellery available in store. We were greeted by a sweet and lovely young lady called Jia and she was able to understand our requirements, whereby she would then take us through some particular pieces that suited our family member. Not only was beverages served to ensure that you have a pleasant experience during your stay, but you can take your time to admire and try out different jewellery of all price ranges. Once the perfect jewellery was selected and the purchase was made, the jewellery is then exclusively sized to perfection to your customer satisfaction for our family member. Highly recommend to be served by Jia if you ever have a chance to visit this store, as we will definitely come back again. Thank you Jia and the team for the wonderful experience at VCA Melbourne!
I was extremely excited to purchase a necklace from them (which I did). However, the lady who served me was rude and had no customer service whatsoever. Extremely disappointed and I hope I'll never get served by her again.

Upon entry, the place felt cold and uninviting. Poor customer service-need to focus on customer’s needs and interests. Build up a rapport and never assume what the customer’s taste in jewelry is. Forget about brutal honesty- and listen to the client’s reaction. Never say a piece is unsuitable and wait fir the client to tell you. I won’t be returning to this boutique. Would rather visit Chadstone-their customer service is amazing!
I called before I arrived at the store and asked about the closing time. As the store's sales, she didn't even know when to close. Causing me to run for nothing.
