My first visit to the boutique and was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences. Pazi was not only the most polite sales associates but also very patient. Pazi went above and beyond in helping us and is an asset to the VCA brand.
My sales associate Vivien was so lovely and provided a very pleasant shopping experience. She was very engaging, respectful and offered helpful advise in choosing products that would suit me. Although the store experience could be improved to bring on par with the international/flagship stores, even for the new customers. But the assistance provided by Vivien made up for it.
Another sub par experience from the chadstone boutique. I got a piece from the lucky spring collection and even though I got the ribbon and cleaning cloth, the travel pouch was not included as they were "out". I wasn't offered chocolate like international stores or even a brochure. Though I've only spent over 10k in store over 3 years which to them must be a measly amount, I work hard for my money so is it a crime to not expect an extra inclusion without having to ask? The SA I had was quick and engaging but I felt a sale was a sale to him. I don't think I'll be purchasing any more pieces from the boutique. It has been a bit of a disappointment. To people reading, please always think twice about entering luxury stores. They don't always appear as they do on social media.
Went here last week before store closed and we were served by James. Although we were just looking, we were very impressed by James' exceptional service. He introduced us to the key pieces of the house, told us the history behind each piece and even let me try the 5 motif bracelet which I really loved! Will definitely be going back. Thank you for the excellent knowledge and customer service!
Edit: after 9 months somehow service has gone downhill nowadays.won't be back again.

I don’t normally write reviews unless I feel the experience was phenomenal which was exactly how it went with James. He was extremely informative, kind, gentle and patient assisting myself and my sister towards the end of a long day on Friday.
I would definitely come back to this store for James to assist me in the future for more VCA pieces next time.
I was honestly impressed by the quality of service provided to me by the boutique. Hats off to Vivien and her team for their impeccable customer service.
