I work in the centre and visit the store constantly, and am NEVER greeted until I approach the counter to make my purchase.
Not even a hello, let alone assistance. The staff display a truly poor excuse for customer service and it’s extremely annoying.

Amazing deals today! Great variety however not as many sizes compared to other items, Chelsea who served me today was very lovely!

Absolutely appalling all round. The store is a constant mess, the floor looks like its never been cleaned. Majority of staff are rude. Also a super unethical store. The way they treat their employees is disgusting. Will never buy from this company again

Terrible customer service. One of the staffs who claimed to be the store manager when I asked her about their manager as I wanted to complain about her attitude, was extremely rude and did not even care about what she was saying to customers. Never had this experience. Just awful. 'Valley girl' used to be one of my favourite store, but not anymore. Not really sure what happened to them.

Valley girl. Place of the unlimited fabric choice, if I did not have a partner to tether down we would have become lost among the sea of styles. Also Shared a kit-kat with the sales lady, we are now bff's.

You can find some really nice clothes here for far better prices than most, but not for larger sizes.

Terrible tacky Stock, Not the best Quality, I think they should of Kept Temt instead of Valley Girl

Everything is ok there but the shop keeper wasn't friendly and answers the questions furiously, not friendly at all.
