9My favourite place to shop for the past 5 years! (They used to be TEMT?) Half the price of Cotton On, yet the clothing material is very good quality, soft and comfy as always. I like shops where the staff are not following you around with questions. Unfortunately, I hope they don't close down as their shops seem to be scaling back: (
Sarah was very helpful, and this is a huge store in Docklands. As always, amazing value, beautiful clothes, and most are really high quality too. Been shopping at Valleygirl and Temt for over 10 years. I highly recommend checking them out. Sizes up to 14.
Phenomenal customer service. The store is always tidy, easy to find everything. Overall, an amazing experience.
We went to district social Ds to watch a movie but we reached early. So we were just roaming around in the mall and came across this shop. Let me tell you, this shop is every skinny girls dream! Absolutely loved the clothing selection and pricing range. Most of the tank tops are in the range of $7-$20. The material of the skirts is so coool. It’s hard to find nice quality clothes at such good price range. It’s so much better than cotton on! Although there is no support team to help you and they don’t have plus size either but within what they have it’s great! Gonna visit soon!
Went all the way to Docklands to shop at this store and they were closed last Sunday. Said online it was open!
Unfortunately on the day I visited, most stores were getting redevelopped, this was one of the few stores open. Great customer service considering the difficulty of getting in and out
So disappointed. I am not sure that anything else could have gone wrong given the comedy of errors that occurred when I was being serived today. I had asked the employee for a bigger size in a garment that I was really interested in and was not greeted in anyway but just turned around and gave me such a disgusted look and then replied with "No our biggest size is 14. " I then asked her if she thought I would fit a 14 in these clothes and this is the reply I was given "Probably not but you can try it in the fitting room. " I was at this point too embarrassed and left.
I enjoyed my experience there, but there are just so many clothes and seemingly not enough staff for their product. I understand its an outlet store so there's a lot more items than normal but when it takes longer than usual to seek out and ask an opinion of an employee or to get their attention to check you out or to let them know of a problem (messy change rooms from prior customers, faulty items, etc), it dampens the mood a little bit. They also don't really have uniforms as such, they just wear clothes from the shop (which is common practice, I know) and a lanyard so it can be a tad difficult to find employees sometimes.
There are pros and cons to every place however, and there are a lot of pros to even out the cons; the fashion is in season, there's a lot of selection and colours to pick from and the general atmosphere of the place is good. The staff are also generally very polite and nice with each interaction and I applaud them for it, it's not easy working in retail.
