10The best school camp I've ever experienced. Great staff, fun activities, and a beautiful location.
Took a school there for there camp a great place to relax and explore the area the kids said thay had a great time lots of activities to do
Amazing location with a swimming friendly creek a 3 minute walk away. Amenities include pool, tennis courts and commerical kitchen. It is dog friendly however they do not allow them inside the buildings and it is not fenced off. Many good walks around. The rooms are ok, with each room having a sink and joining onto a shared bathroom and shower with another room. Nice open grass area.
Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, suitable for kids, amazing atmosphere and overall a great place! Highly recommend!
Beautiful location, excellent facilities and very friendly hosts. Great group accommodation venue.
I loved every part of the facilities that were available. The food was great and the rooms were very clean and cosy. The staff were very mean, yelled at everybody including teachers, were not supportive and made everyone feel scared to do anything with them. Their directions are unclear and mad everyone feel unsafe. Of course nothing happened to anyone but the staff should not be working with children as their day job if they do not show respect and encouragement.
They say you'ill be safe at camp and safety first, but I burn't my finger on a campfire and I asked to go wash it and they yelled at me NO! Few days later I got a bad blister. Don't really care about us.
Activities and rooms were fine.kitchen staff were rude and ignorant-tried to help with duty group but was shooed away rudely. One lady told me to wash my hands in the kitchen, but then another lady came by and told me to get out and wash my hands in the bathroom.
Chicken schitzel was raw and most of our students felt sick. I felt pressured and annoyed during my camp, hopefully it will be worth more stars if I ever come back.
Room was super cosy and clean. The facilities were fantastic and so much room for the kids to run around. I highly recommend for groups such as families or friends to get away wind enjoy the serenity this place has to offers. We will be back but for longer.
A group of twenty six members from our local bushwalking club stayed at Valley Homestead in the week prior to Anzac Day. Managers Jessica and Tom provided every assistance in the planning stages and nothing proved too much trouble for them during our stay. Our members were impressed with the facilities, staff, grounds and surrounds. Thank you Jessica and Tom, everything suited our needs perfectly.
