Don't buy anything that you can't see at the store. I ordered aggregate from Epping store and was that it will be delivered from Hoppers crossing store. But what I got looked like tar covered recycled concrete. Called and send pics and was told bad luck for buying without looking.

Good customer dealing and reasonable prices. I ordered a product and it got delivered on time, the product was not to my expectations so I discussed the issue. I was well attended to and was shown the product (filling soil) and explained the reason for my dissatisfaction (continuous rain and not getting exposed to proper sunlight made the product very rough to use).
I was also offered store credit as a goodwill gesture.
It was the way I was handled and my queries were answered that made me write this review.
I ordered from this place many times but never had any issue. The one time I experienced an issue, their team helped me resolve it as best as possible.

Staff (Kristy) was great and friendly. The delivery came early as promised. Was disappointed with how many rocks were in my soil delivery

Fist time here around 10: 41am I stop by All Green. Services funny sense of humour I was the only costumer looking for a quick gift for a friend on the way I'm not from the area but it was good I stop by! They don't have nursery plants yet but I was told it will be soon. I brought a pot with saucer $24.95 I was choosing which one to get I like them all. She even help me out to choose the color. I did have a great time looking around & the place smell nice!

From the initial telephone chats through to deliveries every time that lve had contact with have been incredibly friendly and helpful.

I think her name was Donna on the phones there was absolutely fantastic. Without the extra effort she put in getting a special order I made delivered on-site I would not have completed my job on time. She went above and beyond what I thought was possible. Excellent work. Give her a raise or chrissy bonus!

They sent me private photo of the plant to confirm that I'm happy with it and if that wasn't enough good service, the deliver guy sent me also a photo of the house for deliver to confirm and let me talk at the phone with the person I sent the flower to! Estimated delivery time between 7-8 didn't get there till after 10. Hard to run a business when you can't get deliveries on time.

My husband found this place and ordered 1.5 metres of firewood. The service was good, price was market (not competitive). The attraction was the size of the firewood (good). Was hoping that it would be mostly wood and not dirt (hardly dirt yay).

Dang! It is not seasoned/dry hardwood! The wood is so wet (heavy) that it struggles to burn!

Definitely not going back.

I bought the premium soil as it specifies it's suitable for planting vegetables and it's well drained soil.
Total rubbish it it's full of stones and water just runs off it doesn't drain
Very disappointed never use these guys again.
