Admin is terrible, especially the guy money launder, don't know his name. Girls at reception are good.
Doctors are exceptionally outstanding. Special thanks to Dr RS, such a lovely gesture and welcoming. Because of only her I am opting this as my current surgery.
Advice - if you're for any admin work to be get done, better find other practice. Eg- IMMUNISATION,
5* for Doctors.

I am happy to change this rating to 5 stars if you can explain about $30 Saturday policy. My regular doctor was on holiday for more than a week. I need earliest available appointment and which was Saturday only when i looked 10 days before booking. I shouldn’t be charged for this when i never had opportunity to see doctor during the week due to doctors on holiday.

At least first Saturday after doc is back should be without Saturday charges. I agree being business Saturday cost businesses more than normal but above mentioned situation is unfair for the patient.

It should be option to gave them 0 star as they dont care about their patents all they were looking money and milking the system. I booked an appointment with rutika and waited 45 minutes and approached to receptionist and ask how long it will be she checked in system and whispered “why she is skipping” and she asked me to wait there are 3 more patients to go before me even i booked the appointment and i was on time as well. I would rather die at home rather go there and will not suggested to go there to anyone.

I was looking for a new GP as my previous one I felt they didn't care much and just wanted you out of the room. By chance I found Valetta street medical and have not looked back. Always greeted with a smile and Dr Sharma is the best. She listens to every one of your concerns, very professional and all around a lovely lady. She is amazing with both my kids as well.

Dr Rutika is one of the best G. P. I have ever seen. She listen to you very patiently and provide best solution. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Rutika is one of the best GP that I have met in recent times. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She has at many times guided me in the right direction with regards to treatments and diets. She is our family doctor and we often consult her on several medical advices that includes our 6 month old baby as well. Dr Rutika is always patient and listens to me and addresses my concerns promptly. My family and me highly recommend her medical services.

Very clean, very professional service provided by staff and doctor. They listen to what you say, they don't push unsolicited ideas onto you. The doctor explains everything in detail so the patient understands, questions are answered so the patient understands. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Rutika is simply fabulous and one of my favourite human beings. Her smile is contagious. She makes me so comfortable in telling my health concerns. She listens to me and respond appropriately with information I need. She run tests as appropriate. She follows up on what is going on with me.
In addition, such pleasant and competent staff. I 100% recommend her being energetic, positive, knowledgeable and terrific.
