Beautiful experience in this Valnetino store with Tan, who is so lovely, helpful and considerate! All staff are friendly and nice. The store has a variety of stocks. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, easy, no nonsense shopping experience and not pushy! Gigi is an asset to Valentino. Knows her stuff and very friendly. Great seeing the team that working today laughing and working collaboratively.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE VALENTINO!

It is a fun and exciting experience every time I shop at the Chadstone boutique. Regardless if I'm wearing trackies or designer fashion, I've received consistently wonderful service.

If you can, ask for Gigi. She goes beyond customer service and takes it to a whole new level!

I bought a pair of heels and service was ok but after wearing them a two times the shoe soles looked like they had been chewed by a dog so I took them back to have them fixed and was told they’ll call me in 4 weeks, went in after 5 weeks asking where they were and was told that they’ll get in contact with me when they arrive so I left very disappointed and angry, It’s been around 7 weeks now and still no call. Never buying from them again!

Went there to exchange shoes online which if you go on the website says you are able to exchange at any valentino store in your country so I traveled across town to be told they don’t exchange online purchases in store, completely contradicting what there policy is on the website.

Worst service! I have bought a fair bit from Valentino Chadstone, the staff don't acknowledge you when walking in and aren't friendly. I have called the store multiple times and no one answers the phone, what kind of customer service is that? Pathetic

Totally agree those 1 star raters. Very poor service. Their arrogant attitude and reluctance to even try to help really annoyed us. For a bag I spent 4k I was so disappointed the service I was provided. Never return.

A big thank you to staff for great customer service leaving my partner happy and with a huge smile on her face after the purchasing a white bucket bag and then presenting it with a big early Christmas shopping bag, definitely will be back it's Valentino how can one not go back.

SUB: ZOE + JENNY = INCOMPETENT & POOR AFTER SALE SUPPORT IN AUSTRALIA

LOYAL CUSTOMER: Our Annual spend on VALENTINO alone is $15000 / year (Shoes + Bags + Accessories)

ISSUE: We send one of our bag for small minor repair & its been 6 months.and we are unable to get a simple ETA or bag from VALENTINO SPARE PARTS / SERVICE DEPARTMENT in Chadstone / Australia

Absolutely shocking customer service. No enthusiasm to help customers. When I expressed my disappointment with the service, he didnt even flinch or care. I wouldn't have bought these shoes if I hadn't loved them

Not a bad store with a fair range of items. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Store is well stocked and items are well displayed. Store is clean and spacious. Definitely quality higher end items. Will be back here for sure.

Extremely bad service walked in & sales person didnt even acknowledge me just watched me from a far no hello. Purchsed my bag online instead. Sales person Pathetic & rude after I left she rushed over to fix the bag display!
Service is way better at Chanel & Dior!

Zoe, the store manager was rude, condescending and full of attitude. She was consistently dismissive and abrupt. Made several snarky comments and when I asked for her name, she very sarcastically and slowly spelt it out letter by letter.

Furthermore, my unworn pair of shoes were significantly DAMAGED while under the supposed ‘care’ of the Chadstone Valentino boutique. They failed to bring it to my attention when I collected the shoes, thinking I wouldn’t realise - I had photo evidence which was sent to head office in Hong Kong.

It is now 4 months of contact with the boutique and head office. Countless excuses were made as to why the sneakers couldn’t be replaced. The Chadstone boutique failed to take any responsibility for this nightmarish experience and continued to force a refund. Head office eventually acknowledged the issues, before quickly hand-balling the situation back to the boutique who were the root of the problem…

Easily, the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered.
