I dealt with Abrahim, and found him very professional. I just noticed that one of his previous clients put in a bad review. I happened to be the other purchaser in that instance, and the client privately sold when my offer was on the table. I was also contacted privately from that client some time later, when his deal fell over. I did end up purchasing a business, and that client also tried to go direct through me, to cut out Abrahim.of course I didn't agree to that.

Mr Paul Fernandes was a business owner that choose Valentines to act on his behalf and signed an Exclusive Business Sale Authority. Despite finding him a committed purchaser that he accepted, Mr Fernandes choose to act outside the Signed Authority and sold the business privately. When he was reminded of his legal obligations under the valid Authority he was reluctant to comply.

I looked at the Binh Phan’s business some time ago now and wanted to proceed to the purchase of the business.
As we all know, no bank will look to lend until they have full documentation, including Accountant certified Profit and Loss statements.
Binh Phan REFUSED to go to an accountant to get this, and after several months of follow up we were left with no alternative but to walk away from the deal.
Abraham Ziada of Valentines has been very professional throughout the entire saga and was understandably disappointed when we advised we were pulling out but fully understood why it was necessary because Bihn had made it abundantly clear that he was not going to an accountant

All i can say is STAY AWAY from this broker, especially Abraham Ziada. He is a time waster, unreliable, untrustworthy (if not a big liar). STAY AWAY.

They are not professional at all when they want to sell a business they come to you everyday and they talk about the business that the business is really good and etc but it wasn’t and when we decided to sell it was no one to help us and we call them too many times and they hardly even try to reach us!
