Do yourself a favour and don't go here. I had a pedicure the lady was rough as slapping my legs from side to side, blood all over towel, unhygienic not disinfecting after use, clean feet placed on towel with debri. Wouldn't check to see if nails dry and made me walk out barefoot.
Price on board says $35 but they charge you $40.tunhygeniic

Not recommended at all. They wrote in the board saying $45 for the acrylic but they took $70 from me. I won’t be returning.
My nails are paining after I cam back home

I have used this salon quite a few time over the last couple of years and always thought they did a pretty good job. Recently I was in the salon on a busy day and although I had made an appointment, I was made to wait for the service as though I was another walk in. I have noticed they take walk ins despite having booking commitments. Julie was incredibly rude to me even though I said absolutely nothing about having to wait and I didn’t complain. I was nothing but quiet and patient. I know it’s hard when reading a review to really know because obvs I’m bias but honest to God I was nothing but kind and patient and when explaining my request for gold french nails to her she was so rude. However, this is not my real reason for leaving a 1 star review. During the same appointment I was also getting a pedicure. The older lady was filing away at my nails to the point that it begun to hurt, and when I told her it was hurting, she continued to file my nail. Turns out, having got the shellac polish removed elsewhere, she filed right down to the skin. She filed an entire thickness of nail away! You can see the pink of my skin coming through like a hole in the middle of my nail. Overall, my toenails are incredibly thin from the over-filing and hence they are very weak. This has caused the other nail to vertically split. I usually have very strong toe and finger nails and I don’t get pedicures on a regular basis. I am very disappointed, this will take months and months to grow out being my big toes, it can take at least a year.
I’m sorry to say that Valentina nails has burnt my trust and having been a loyal customer for a while, I will not be returning.

Very rude staff. I rung half hour prior and asked if I can come in, if they have room. They said yes come in half hour. As I did. One lady when I walked in asked what I want done. I told her I need a broken nail refixed and that I called earlier.
She then loudly said "nope I'm busy can't do". I then asked her, why did you then ask me what I need done and ontop of that tell me to come in. She ignored me and then very rudely and loudly asked me to leave her shop and that I called another nail salon and I'm disrupting her customers. I was furious as she did not make sense. As she is a lier. I also heard from someone else had a horrible experience there. I've been going to nail salons for very long time and I've never had such a rude person. In general. Honestly needs to get herself checked.

The best Nails I’ve ever had they lasted me six weeks without any breakage or lifting and the customer service is something else! If you want to go somewhere for your nails then this is your place

Staff is rude a bit. Don’t value you unless you spend more money! But apart from that, my overall experience was good.

Terrible experience. The two women there were very aggressive. They pressed my fingers and pushed my hands without politely asking me to swap them. When I asked, could you please paint the nail from the cuticle? The Woman (I think her name is Julie according with the comments) took offence, saying she knew how to do her job and repeatedly telling me that she has been working for 15 years. After my simple request, she squeezed my fingers tighter and moved my hand very rudely. In the end, when I made the payment, she did not want me to leave until she verified that the payment was processed (she did not do the same with the client who left before me)

Julie was so lovely and welcoming when I came in for a SNS nail trial before my wedding! She listened to exactly what I wanted done and executed it beautifully and professionally. I felt valued and special while my nails were being done. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this salon!

I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday. I called to make an appointment for my sister and I. When I arrived, Julie was surprised and slightly annoyed that there were 2 of us, when I clearly stated on the phone that I was booking in for my sister and I and for 2 people. She then made us wait 20 minutes before beginning the process. They had 4 customers in the salon and only 2 people working (one of which didn't seem to do any nails though) and this meant that it was a long and drawn out process. When my sister would ask a question about nail shape or fixing something, Julie would become quite rude and immediately begin speaking in her native language to the other worker. My sister was not happy with her nails as you can still see her nail tips and SNS is always opaque and not transparent (pictured below). When my sister questioned this, she explained that it was not see-through on the guide nail when she chose that colour and the SNS manicure is not as described. Julie became very hostile and defensive and said "if you don't like it, don't come back". We paid $43 each to sit in the salon for an HOUR AND A HALF, were spoken to very disrespectfully and my sister is not happy with quality of her nails. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my nails were done well. Do not go to this nail salon, there are so many other fantastic nail technicians that will give you much better service than this awful place.

Julie was so lovely and fit me in straight away. She provided me the best customer service I have had at a nail shop. My toes look so amazing and the attention to detail was amazing! I will definitely be coming back here. Not to mention the hygiene was on point.

Julie and her team did an amazing job on my recent manicure and pedicure. She was very friendly and truly cares about her customers and her businesses going over and above to ensure they are happy with the service. She done a fantastic job on my nails and I couldn't be happier, 100% would recommend.

I have been to this nail salon a few times before in the past, Julie is usually nice to me. However on Thursday afternoon I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and the customer service was awful. I went in the afternoon to get a full set of SNS nails done, it wasn't until I got home that day I noticed one of my nails was way shorter than the rest. I called up the salon only 20 minutes after I left to tell Julie what was the problem. She didn't remember who I was even though I explained I was just in and she was trying to make me pay 10$ for her mistakes. I came in the salon again 10 minutes later and Julie was trying to ask me what was wrong with my new nails (I showed her what was wrong). She said "I can file it down for you" and I said "no i would rather you replace the nail', it almost felt like I had to argue with her to get her to fix her mistake. The entire time she was fixing my nail, she was speaking Chinese to her mother making me feel very uncomfortable. She was clearly angry, and rolling her eyes. I asked if she coule file out the edges and she huffed at me and went "happy? ! ". I left the salon feeling very upset, I would recommend going elsewhere as they lost a customer. I will be telling everyone to avoid this place because it's unhygienic and poor customer service. If she was polite about it, I would still see her and she wouldn't of lost a customer. Stay away and go somewhere better ladies.

This was 6 weeks ago on 15 April 2019. I’ve just booked another appointment for Julie to soak off the SNS and re-apply. I loved the green! I should have gone back last week or two weeks earlier, but Julie does such an amazing job, they still look amazing. I reckon she and her Mum have done my nails at least ten times and I’ve never been happier.

Julie is fantastic and despite the previous poster is very friendly and has brilliant customer service. Julie always takes the time to ask how your week has been and ask about you. Yes she speaks to her mum in another language (it’s Vietnamese and not Chinese btw) but she has also given me some great Vietnamese recipes to try. Julie always does her best to accommodate everyone in her salon and does a great job with my nails.

My experience was poor, there was three of us that were booked in for the same time. When we showed up they told us to wait 15 minutes then when we came back they left us 45 minutes to choose our nails and we had one chick doing 3 of our nails at the same time and made us switch to sns “because it’ll be cheaper” even tho they over charged us $13! While also taking 3 hours to do them and now a week later my white nails are now yellow and cracking I would not recommend this place.

Julie does high quality nails, however her customer service is very poor. Her communication manner is very abrupt and can come across of being rude. The Lady's working there speak to each other in Chines which sometimes makes you feel you being talked about.
