Very dodgy place. My puppy chewed the end of a vacuum and the quoted price to fix went from $35 over the phone to $45 when dropped off to $55 when picked up. And he replaced the Orleck brush without prior warning - the vacuum has never been the same since. AVOID

I took my reasonably old vacuum cleaner to Felix for a service. He suspected an issue with the filter and gave me an original quote of $90. When I collected it he advised that he had indeed replaced the filter and gave the machine a general work over. But the cost was only $50. I use Felix as my “go to” technician for anything linked to my family’s vacuum needs. He is pleasant, informative and knowledgeable with all things to do with his work, but most importantly, very professional. Highly recommend.

Fantastic old fashioned service from Felix. Flex carried my vacuum from a block away when I could not get a close park due to building works. Took the time to explain what was done and why. The cost was well worth it $90
My old Dyson vacuum cleaner fully serviced and running like a dream. Even the pesky high pitched intermittent screech was found and fixed.

Cheaper than Godfreys. Went there to get bags for my Numatic Henry. The service was great and the prices were even better. Ended up getting a power head for my vacuum too, because the prices were so good.

This store carries a great range bags for older style vacuum cleaners. Always helpful and really great to deal with. I've been going to this store for many years. They also have a really good online store if you don't live in the area.
