The service very bad they just care about money. I did paid $185.00 for repairs on line but just a few days later the computer doesn’t worked so I call them they come to check up but the computer still not working but they told me have to pay another $200.00 for nothing and I don’t want to pay he told I have to pay. He very rude ……….

I was extremely pleased from the technician Nik on the professional level and I admire his patient too. I was facing the problem with the printer while connecting to the computer but was unable to do that but Nik helped me with that. Not only was Nik polite, he had a very clear way of describing what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix the problems. He really knew what he was doing. He immediately understood our problem. Took over our computer and spent almost 2 hours and made everything work perfectly. I highly recommend him.
