V20 Hand Car Wash

My daughter was away overseas for nearly 12 months, when she was about to return i had her car fully detailed by V20.the results were astounding. The car was cleaner than when she purchased it and she was totally delighted and somewhat amazed at the results.could not recommend the team at V20 in Lilydale more highly. Excellent job boys!

When there are bad recent reviews for a place it can cause a bit of trepidation. So I went to V20 on Nepean Hwy wondering what I might get. Turns out I had no need to worry. My car was a bit filthy and needed some work. Was told by the meet and greet guy a $55 basic wouldn't be enough. Went for $70 deal and about 40 minutes later had a clean car. No dramas.
Was puzzled by the attached cafe. Coffee was available at a coffee van parked nearby. Lots of seating in the cafe being used like a waiting room. Curious.
Regardless I am happy to use them again.

I was not happy with the service. I paid for interior and exterior cleaning. The exterior was cleaned but cobweb still lingered on my rear wipers. My seven year old son insisted the interior had not been cleaned at all, Courtesy of a glaringly untouched seat.no attempt to wipe and/or vacuum had been done on it.to think that i paid for the service makes me wonder if everyone else is getting the same service or it was just an ommission on the day or maybe some tired hands

Car was hastily done. The windscreen has so many water marks and dirt still on it. Tires are barely touched. I can wipe away dirt with my finger and take more dirt away. Car left with rough touch no wax or coating applied. Overall terrible car wash wouldn't go back.

Went to the Bluff Road V20 car wash in Black Rock for a mini detail on our old black 4WD that was pretty dirty inside and out. When I saw it at pick up I joked with the guys and asked them where my car was? ! Brilliant job and well with the money. Thank you for your excellent work and attention to detail.

This place is amazing they did a fantastic job on my car. Will definitely be back. 10/10. Thanks for the great job on my car

We just bought a second hand car & took it to V20 to get it cleaned inside. They returned the car after steam cleaning it & everything was completely wet, saturated in fact. It took days to dry & my husband was out there with a hair dryer & towels for 3 nights in a row. Despite his efforts the car stinks, so we complained to V20. They said they would ‘fix the smell’ by deodorising it but I don’t think they did anything at all as the smell is still there. My husband has tried all sorts of things to get rid of the smell, ie: bicarb, vinegar etc.but it’s still there. Just to be clear the smell WASN’T there when we first bought the car. The smell has appeared after taking it to V20. So, basically we paid $200 for them to make our car smell putrid. I would never recommend this place & I will never, ever go back.

Washed my car left watermarks everywhere and I also noticed they chiped my console inside the car do not go to this place

They are doing very good job and fast service I visited today they are so good people go for their packages service

The quality of this service has dramatically fallen over the last 18 months. Today I took my car in for an inside clean $45! When I said why, they said “because they had to wipe everything down”.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!

1. On the phone they told me $200 for a full detailing. At the site, they told me $300 and that it was "from $200". Cheeky.
2. I asked what was not included. They told me "everything is included". When I pick up the car, the tray of the ute was not cleaned. They guy said I was the first customer in his life that had asked for it. Really?
3. Many obvious spots missed. It felt like a wash, not a detailing.
4. Seats cleaning was good/as expected.
Will not come back again.

Paid upfront, ok sure
Me back in an hour: why are you washing my car? Is the inside cleaned?
V20: no sorry, we misunderstood
No you just didn't listen, I was very clear

Really satisfied with their work, they are friendly and providing excellent customer service! Highly recommend them!

Worst business I have ever encountered. Do not go here please! They ruined my car interior and exterior with oil stains. They also refuse a refund and just laugh in your face when you ask for one. Now I have to spend hundreds, possibly thousand's in repairs now. I have never encountered a business this unprofessional and that do not care about effecting the livelihoods of any of their customers!

Basic services, but I asked for more. Attendant didn't want to do more! (But did want to sell membership for a year, which I declined a few times.)

Car needed a good clean due to tree sap, leaves, gunk etc.
I pointed out the work that needed doing, he still said the basic service would be enough.

It wasn't.

Wipedown left micro-scratches all over hood. Quick wipe at best, I was able to rub marks with my fingers and they came away - so it was a lack of elbow grease by the cleaner.

Not happy with the dismissive attitude and lack of attention to basic detail.

I will need to clean the car again myself, but at least the majority of grime was removed in and out - just not to a good enough standard.

Terrible finish to the job. Water and product residue on the exterior. Parts weren't even clean. The interior had hardly been touch and wet, dirty boot marks were left on the driver's side. Would not recommend, and I won't be taking my car back there.

I had a bad experience when I had my car cleaned in March and received the hard sell for a detail and polish but thought I would give them another go. We brought my wife's car down for an inside and outside wash and clean last week and again got the hard sell for polishing and detailing which we didn't want. Problem was that they did a lousy job of the clean. Had to send it back as the interior was barley touched. We took it home and gave it another interior wipe down. The hard upsell puts us off. Just get the basics right and listen to your customers when they say NO. I'm now looking for an alternative carwash.

Increased the price last minute Dash not wiped, doors not cleaned, chairs not vacuumed. Avoid this place at all costs. Rip off.
