Utsav Indian Restaurant

We ordered 4 curries and naan. Butter chicken was cleary cooked in just a can of tomato and no other flavour. All we could taste on butter chicken was canned tomato so no one could eat it. It was total waste of money. Worst Indian meal ever. The portions of food was not worth the price neither the taste.
We have had Indian takeout many times before but this was the worst testing ever.

Very nice restaurant! My partner and I took my mum in law there for dinner on Saturday, loved the service and the food was very good. The kebab and chicken platters were very yummy and so were the vegetarian dishes were all very good and just the right spice. My son and daughter loved the tasteful Christmas deco and the beautiful tree they had up. The place was very nice and the owner was a very nice and friendly person. We will definitely be visiting again especially for the great food and service!

The best Indian I have ever tasted. Consistently good every single time we order from here and well priced. Always look forward to a night out here!

Food here is great and the staff are friendly. Although on mothers day I called and made a take away order, was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait, which I was happy to do. It turned into an 1.5hour wait.the staff were run off their feet and obviously needed more help to keep up with in store dining and take away pickups. I expected something complementary to compensate for the wait but didn't receive anything. This hasn't happened before so just something to keep in mind for busy nights

We go here regularly. This restaurant consistently delivers great food, the staff are always happy, friendly and engaging and the atmosphere when eating in is fantastic.
Wish I could give more stars. Can not recommend highly enough.

The staff at Utsav were exceptional, very on top of their service with friendly, efficient and welcoming hospitality. The food as always was delicious, hats off the the chefs. The dining room is also quite nice, it has unique yet formal wallpaper, with a warm atmosphere. The only recommendation I would have is to maybe have the music volume up a little bit louder as no matter how quite I was talking I still felt like I could be heard. Apart from that 10/10 and highly recommended!

We ordered lamb bhuna and chicken masala. Smelling bad. Very less quantity, poor quality and old meat and chicken. Naan was worst. NEVER EVER COMING BACK

The people at Utsav do a great job.
A couple if things that set these guys apart from other Indian restaurants,

- They do their tandoori chicken properly with the legit oven, and then use that chicken in their popular dishes like the butter chicken.
Where many other restaurants don't do some of these dishes correctly. Elsewhere, Often butter chicken is standard chicken cooked regularly, and a tomato soup based sauce added.

Another note worthy mention, is their lamb. They manage to use big chunks if very tender lamb. The lamb Korma and lamb vindaloo are excellent.

If you live near by, and enjoy your curries, give them a go!

Had dinner here a few weeks back with some friends from the east.

Had the Goan curried fish!
It was very nice, & made with fresh rock ling, but it was uninspiring! It was a competently made curry! It was good, and I HAVE had worse, but then I've also had better!

Rice was good, garlic naan was nicely made!
The service was great, places spotlessly clean. Had some of the CLEANEST toilets I've seen in an Indian restaurant.

The staff were great, & there was a good selection of domestic commodity and boutique beers, as well as imported lines!

Recommended if you are in the east!

The uber drive stole our food. So we called and they put our order through, pick it up and it was excellent quality. Very happy even if the uber guy ate the first order

This is a restaurant with a difference. The elegance is in the presentation, clean and hygiene environment and courteous service. The food is incredible and has an authentic taste. Being a big fan of Indian food, i must state this is food with a difference. Brilliant guys well done.
We will visit again. Thanks for the service.
