The worst cleaning service I ever have, I asked for a regular cleaning, they haven’t vacuum the carpet, not mopping, not throwing the bin, I paid for 2 hours for nothing and no response even after send the picture to the manager

Started ignoring me when I told him I need him to come back and look at 1 of the rooms he steamed cleaned, it wasn't done good. Wouldn't answer my calls. Stopped replying to my messages. I had to get someone else to come out and re do it.

Had an amazing experience with Useus Cleaning Services, they set up an appointment withing a few days and the employees are amazing, and went above and beyond to make my place clean!

I initially contacted Useus Cleaning Services for a Deep Clean. I was so pleased with the level of service, I have opted to have them come back on a recurrent basis to keep my apartment in tip-top shape!

Useus Cleaning Services was very professional, and responsive pre and post cleaning. Very happy with my experience with them!

Couch was left with visible and obvious patches that weren’t cleaned and Deepgan refused to return to redo the job.

When Deepgan was at our house cleaning our rugs and couch he was lovely (albeit a bit quick), when the couch dried I realised he had missed two spots and asked him to please return to go over them again. He quickly became defensive and rude and refused to return and basically gaslit me. Unfortunately I am posting this 1-star review because he continues to refuse to return to complete the job properly. In heinsight I would have chosen a reputable upholstery cleaner rather than a Facebook business because I basically threw $120 in the bin.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
Totally unprofessional and really poor customer service he was booked a week before for carpet cleaning, on the day when he was supposed to do the job it was us who contacted him when we didn't hear from him he cancelled the job and told us he can't make it today so he will do it tomorrow morning which was totally unsuitable for us and the funny part was he had no remorse of what he did and didn't even apologised for once

Very happy with the job for end of lease steam cleaning… literal live savers after our other person cancelled on us and he got back to me straight away and came after 1-2 hours! Very professional with communication and on time and very friendly! Thankyou very much
