My first time purchasing and couldn't have had a better experience. Working in retail management I really appreciate great customer service. I was very nervous buying Preloved items without inspecting them in person. However I had no reason to worry. My item was exactly as described in great condition. My item was shipped really rapidly and I had my item within 2.5 days from ordering it late on a Sunday night. I absolutely love the idea of Preloved and reducing our global footprint. Such adorable items stocked I will definitely be shopping here again for my three kids.

I love consigning at Use-ta to make a little extra money from my kids outgrown clothes and also love shopping for my kids here. You can find the coolest outfits here, just beautiful stuff. Better for the environment - and your pocket!

This store is light-filled literally and metaphorically- it is such a pleasure to browse here and find a wonderful range of clothes and shoes for my littlies. It feels like a wonderful step in the right direction to encourage a sustainable cycle of good quality clothes, and bonus points that my kids can still look great on a budget.

The range of quality branded and beautiful one off unbranded or hand made pieces is amazing. It’s great for families who don’t want to, or aren’t in a place to, be spending $$$ on kids clothes, plus considering how fast they grow out of clothing, it a great way to get the most out of kids clothing and stop them ending up in landfill. Can not get over my love for this store, every time I leave Im always sending photos of my finds to friends! Slow fashion at its best! The rating system makes it so easy to know exactly what you’re going to get when you shop online.

Placed an order online and it arrived in a couple of days, loved the environmentally friendly packaging. Each item was fantastic value and in great condition, I also got a few items which still had the original tags attached. I will absolutely be purchasing again.

I love Use-ta, all the clothes I've bought from here may have been second hand but they are in such excellent condition. They are like my older sibling passing down the goods for my baby to wear. This is a great initiative to remove the idea of fast fashion in this society.

I've been twice already the staff are friendly and helpful. There are all sorts of used items from children's clothes to shoes to books to hats and maternity wear. This shop encompasses sustainability. The quality of clothes is great and with many top brands too. I'd highly recommend!

I buy so much of my son's clothes here, beautiful quality and great price; you're basically getting brand name lovely design and quality at a target prices. Also supporting a small business rather than a huge conglomerate. Environmentally such a win as all these clothes get a second life and I love that we're not contributing to landfill!

I have bought a few excellent quality second hand sleep suits from use-ta for my daughter over the past year and saved a lot of money in doing so. The staff I’ve encountered are lovely. Such a fab store! I buy pretty much all of my children's clothing from Use-Ta! They have an incredible mix of designer brands and everyday clothes, perfectly curated in store and online to make shopping a breeze. Once we have finished with something, we just take it back for cash or store credit to have the lifecycle extended. Customer service is always spot on, the team really know their stuff.
