Made me bleed numerous times, all my nails are different sizes even after repeatedly asking for her to check it

Shocking experience just prior to Xmas got nails done then as they only wanted cash went to get it for them
Paid them then went shopping
Later walking past was harassed and accused of not paying
Extremely intimidating and embarrassing situation
To make matters worse nails only lasted 5 days
Do yourself a favour and do not go to this place

I wish I saw the reviews before I went. Somehow burnt my toes whilst filing off old shellac, the water was way too hot and a after repeating myself 4 times they did nothing about it, did not use sterilised tools, stopped my service to cut a man’s toe nails then came back to me without changing gloves and trying to use the same nail clippers. Will avoid at all costs.

How they are even in business is beyond me.
They genuinely don’t care about the service they are providing. I have the easiest nails to do and I have the most basic request. Clear shellac and round shape.
I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted, the had my hands in acetone for shellac, they applied the shellac in such a lazy way as if a toddler was doing my nails, the manicure wasn’t even remotely close to a manicure!
I paid $40 for my nails to ruined. I went straight to another nail salon after this to have them fixed because I knew these women wouldn’t be able to do fix them because I asked numerous times for the shape to be fixed and they just couldn’t figure it out.

My toe nails aren’t thick and for some reason while getting special hot rock and shellac they started dremaling my nails I didn’t think much of it but I get home and take of the nail polish because my nails were really sensitive to my socks. On my last two toes I barely have any nail left and for the rest they are so thin I can feel everything they touch.

We probably should’ve looked at the reviews before getting nails done for my friends wedding. Her nails were botched and after asking to get them re done they still weren’t what she wanted plus they charged her more! I asked for long nails and I got the opposite and it just is uneven and poorly executed BIG REGRETS

Very poor and bad got my nails done there and i had blood dripping down my hand on how rough the electric filer and she was rudely chucking my hands around instead of asking me to be more confutable would not recommend and my nails were hurting badly after for a week this nail place should be ban.

Shellac was done so bad i wish i could upload a photo. It started to peel within a day and two nails have fallen off within a week. I’m so upset with this company. I should have read the reviews. Waste of money!

Thai place should be shut down. They are the worst at doing your nails. I asked for French the colour they put underneath was a clear pink where you could see the nail underneath and then the French that i asked for in black was smeared it looked terrible so o asked if they could just do the one colour because i was not happy with the look. I told them to put a nude underneath instead of clear so you can’t see the nail and she told me “well you should have said something” I’m sorry but it’s not my job to tell you. Anyways i got a nude and the end result was absolutely awful.

I’m giving one star but only because I can’t give zero. It was rushed and performed terrible. My nails were not cut and shaped the same. They did not clean them correctly either. The top coat peeled off te next day.

Absolutely terrible service so dam disappointing this place should be shut down absolutely disgusting

I’m not one to write a bad review but this place could not be more awful with their service. I should have read the reviews before coming but they were so inattentive and rushed everyone through, they did an extremely average job and when I came back the next day to fix them up they told me to come back in two hours, which I did then they wouldn’t accept me in after I had come back. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this service and will never return and encourage people to not go

I had shelac manicure. Im sad to say that my review is negative. Nice lady, fair job but the implements used were not clean and sterilised and the soaking bowl was also dirty with a towel that was covered in nail shavings on it. Be careful if you are diabetic, you could end up with a nasty infection.

Cold foot spa was obviously not cleaned properly.ever. Dirty tools. Used hot rocks rinsed in my dirty foot water and put straight back in the warmer. Then on top of all this the wrong cokiur was applied in a very untidy fashion.will not be returning here.

I got SNS refill with coloured tips, i left with each nail HALF painted, not the tip, colour smeared along the bottom half of the nail.had to go get them fixed elsewhere, waste of $50, absolutely terrible and i will NOT be returning.

I got a refill of acrylic, and of was the worst set of nails I think I have ever had. Rushed, no attention to detail, sloppy and uneven. Paid $45 and then had to attend another salon for them to fix them which cost me another $25.

Please do not waste your money going to this nail salon.

It was the worst job that I have ever experienced at a nail spa, very rushed and careless. The shellac started to peel within a day and I had to have the entire job repeated at my holiday destination just 3 days later. I'm very disappointed and would never go back to US Nails.

Rushed and terrible finish. I waited and was patient given it was busy and that’s understandable but come my turn for paying $110 for both fingers and toes which is outrageous, I would expect my nails to match my photo. When I told the lady which I believe is the owner I didn’t like it at all, she proceeded to blame me and my nail shape and didn’t listen to my feedback. Instead, filed all my nails away after they had been finished to try “fix the shape” and made them look even worse. Definitely wouldn’t waste your time or money!

They rushed my nails and left my 8 year old in tears because they didn't care at all about doing a good job. I use to go there but not anymore!

My daughter just went and had a full acrylic set done, price on menu was $50 at the end she was charged $55 due to certain oils and whatever she used on her, not only that the nails are NOT even and look BEYOND RUSHED! And the lady burnt the nail bed of my daughters fingers numerous times! Also a smudged nail! I’ve let my 14 yo go get her nails done before while I’m doing shopping never had a problem not at this store though! This lady nail tech thought because she was a young teen she could rush and take advantage of her!? My daughter was too sacred to say anything because apparently the nail tech just got done arguing with another customer about pricing! I’m beyond mad and will NEVER EVER go to this nail place ever again! Disgusting service I normally look online at businesses reviews didnt today and never again will I make that mistake because look at their reviews all 1 and 2 stars and I’m not shocked by that one bit lol… They clearly don’t care about customer service and pleasing their paying customers! They need to be closed down!
