Absolutely brilliant! Professional advice! Highly recommended! I walked into Urban Rhythm in Richmond to buy a print and ended up fully furnishing my recently purchased art deco apartment in South Yarra. Eliza provided excellent advice, guidance and skill to colour coordinate fabrics for dining room chairs, cushions, a lounge chair and sofa. Eliza selected a dining room table that was a perfect fit and style for the space, and a large rug to complement the furnishings. This was no easy task and Eliza completed the job with great professionalism, care and skill. Thank you Eliza! So happy I walked into Urban Rhythm!

The team at Urban Rhythm were sensational. Purchasing a new sofa was an overwhelming task for me. Without any feel for style, i did not know what size, shape or fabric. Eliza was amazing! Skilled with colour and great knowledge of the millions of fabrics on offer, she was patient, and thought nothing of the five trips to the store that I needed before I could finally make a selection. We bought a new sofa which looks and feels amazing.
The process of selection and being able to take the legs from one display, the cushions from another and the fabric from the full range was critical for us. The staff were so patient and understanding with us and our decision making!

On a recommendation we visited Urban Rhythm in Richmond looking for two sofas.

They had such a great selection of floor stock and the modifications that can be made to get exactly the style sofa you want is fabulous.

We were really impressed with the products and Michelle’s assistance and knowledge, friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble.

We requested some modifications to a sofa and were told that would be possible when being manufactured. We received the quote that afternoon.

We discussed for a day and decided we would, instead, purchase floor stock instead. We requested delivery to be included and received an amended quote.

We completed the transaction and imagine my delight when the new sofas were delivered within two days by Steve and his Dad! Lovely guys and I was so fortunate they were able to help me get the old couch into the garage.

The whole process was seamless and communication was excellent. I will be back for sure!

I had bought a table and buffet for our newly built home. Due to delays in the building of the home the table and buffet had sat boxed in our old home for 8 months. When unpacked at our new home, we realized the table was FAR too small. I enquired about a swap, never expecting a "Yes" but they went out of their way so many months later to swap this table to a larger size for me. Unbelievable service!

Furniture shopping can be tiring and always expensive. Wait times for delivery are months at many retailers. Asking questions is something customers need to do to find out information. Maybe the person we spoke with was having a bad day, maybe we should go somewhere else? We did.

I recently rang Urban Rhythm in Richmond. They had made our lounge and two chairs nearly three and a half years ago. I had a few stains and discolouring on them, had rung around for Guardian Products as recommended with no joy so rang them for advice. Eliza was more than helpful and recommended a Warwick “Halo”. I asked if they had it available and they did. I explained I had recently been in emergency after a fall and couldn’t drive and asked if they could post it. She said that Michelle who lived near to me was willing to drop it in to me which she did the next day! Your wonderful staff have restored my faith in a world where customer service is severely lacking! Having recently lost my partner and having had to deal with institutions who have no care or compassion it seems for bereaved widows trying to get their life back in order Eliza and Michelle’s understanding and care was a revelation! I can only recommend Urban Rhythm for not only their products (including “Halo” which has done the job) but for their choice of staff. Thank you for giving me restored hope for the future in terms of customer service!

The girls at the Richmond store are personable and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
The store has a large selection of furniture with an array of fabrics to choose from.
Management goes above and beyond to assist with any issues.

We had a lovely experience with urban rhythm. The furniture that we ordered looked amazing. The furniture was ready so quickly than we expected. Easy communication and very friendly staff.

Mybpurchase was through the Nunawading store and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There was a minor hiccup which was rectified promptly and with no inconvenience to myself. Very happy with my purchase

I had a good experience in-store, my couch arrived within the timeframe and the delivery team where great finding a parking spot on a busy street and getting my couch upstairs via the lift. I did experience an issue with a small fault in the fabric of the couch, which unfortunately wasn't responded to very promptly. However, once the issue was raised with the owner, he personally contacted me to apologise, I had the warehouse manager come to inspect the fault within a couple of days and the owner personally picked up my cushion, had the fabric replaced and dropped it back so my couch is now perfect. The owner assured me that they had put some processes in place to ensure the after sales service improves and any issues in the future will be responded to quickly. The true test of customer service is how a business responds to a complaint and Urban Rhythm did a fantastic job at turning an average customer experience into an excellent one.

Quality of furniture is great. Have purchased a number of items here and have always been very happy. The only negative is that I was given conflicting information when dealing with different sales people which was confusing.

Staff were friendly. We were surprised it would take so long to manufacture the sofa chosen. The delivery arrangements went smoothly and were well communicated. The sofa is of excellent quality, at reasonable price, though perhaps not quite as comfortable as we anticipated from our brief try out when on display.

We worked with the in store consultant to design a lovely lounge suite which was manufactured in Melbourne and carefully delivered to our home. It looks great, is super comfortable and we love it. Thanks
