Urban Leopard

I came to Urban Leopard off a recommendation from my ballet teacher. I have been so happy with the appointments and treatment approach- I feel like I’m learning a lot and my knee pain has significantly reduced in just a couple of months. Jess is super lovely and easy to chat to, as I suspect all the practitioners are.:)

I've been doing training at Urban Leopard for a while now and couldn't recommend it more! It's the place to go to get fitter and stronger and feel supported and motivated all while getting to work out with an awesome bunch of people and listening to some pumping tunes.   Thoroughly addicted!

My sessions with Jess have been relieving, educational, supportive and strengthening. I really enjoy the combination of receiving specific and deep massage and manual treatment, as well as discussions relating to the mind/body as a whole, and exercises for me to work through changing my habits and imbalances in the body. I recommend Jess whole heartedly.

Everyone at Urban Leopard are wonderfully knowledgeable and skilled yet down to earth and approachable. I always feel welcome and comfortable here, and feeling empowered really helps reach my goals. Jordan is a great trainer and Myotherapist, 10/10!

Discovered Urban Leopard after a nasty back injury that left me more or less immobile. Dwan got me moving again almost immediately and six months later I'm feeling better then ever. Love the use of movement for treatment method. Highly recommend.

Great staff who are highly skilled at their job, whilst also possessing all the requisite people skills to help guide a patient through their treatments. Can't say enough good things about the place!

I got an injury in my knee doing rock climbing and finding this place to treat my knee injury by a Myotherapist it has been a big move forward to get the strength and confidence back. Great place and great people.

I can't recommend Urban Leopard more highly. The therapists helped me fix a shoulder injury that I had suffered with for over 4 years. They're treatment style is innovative and effective. The complementary strength training is wholistic, fun and functional. It is also a very welcoming and respectful environment. I love Urban Leopard!
